Refund
In April 2009, I received a trial sample of their product (Acaci Berry). The next day, I canceled any and all future orders. I received a confirmation number that my information was cancelled in their system. On December 15, 2009, my credit card was charged $87.87. I called the [protected] number that was listed with my bank and talked to a person that said they had a computer problem that charged several customers without their authorization. I was assured my money would be refunded to my account. As of today, (February 09, 2010) I have not received my money. I talk to the same guy (who changes his name) each time i call this phone number. He tells me i can't talk to a manager or have their bank information. Any suggestion on what to do.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Refund & Bogus Company
I ordered a sample of this product which I was to be charged for shipping ONLY, however, this company charged me for the full amount of $74.94. I have notified my credit card company to reject this charge. When I received this product, there was no packing slip and the phone number on the bottle is bogus. The phone number belongs to Copeland Toyota in Michigan. I have requested a full refund immediately and have informed Cleanse ProX that I would be notifying this board of its so called company and its practices. I sent them an e-mail this morning at [protected]@cleanseprox.com. This may also be bogus.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

mantec is a fraud company running fake process like acai berry, cleanse prox customer care and data mail service, from begning all calles and data guys report that customers in this process are rubed by providing 15 days money back trial but no action taken if someone report it again his process got changed .
what was the process was
It was a 15 days money back trial for customer's world wide of cleanse pro x ( weight loosing substitute)
what happens after 15 days : customers mostly try to cancel this product but by using substitution marketing like if customer calls (us times) caller ask to mail it to cancel, so when this customer mails got reply please contact customer service .
product cancel : only when 5 times call or mail or legal bbb warning . but never cancel on system
after 15 days or next month customer got charged $85.76 : if customer check with transactions calls or mails again get same reply
new reply that we have a glitch in the system we will return money back to your account
one day all lines closed and no mail replied mantec and associate earn millons of dollars by this scam customer still searching for money back .

So how can we find out who is doing this and sue them? I too was charged seventy something dollars and I had to report it to my bank and have everything changed so they couldnt do it anymore, , , this is big! and I wanna find them!
I had the same experience except EVERY number that I try is not going thru. I am pretty sure we got screwed. I filed a complaint against them thru the Better Business Buero. The company does exist because the BBB could give me a mailing address for them. I suggest everyone do the same
The company ProX and Acai plus is TOTALLY BOGUS. I too tried this product in june 2009. After a few days, of it bloating me up, i sent it back. And in the mean time, they charged me FULL price. I made such a big ruckus, they finally after a month refunded me my money. So now we speed ahead to Jan 13th 2010, over 7mo later, and im checking my account and low and behold i have a $85 charge on my personal checking. I call the number, and ProX tells me how they are sooo sorry, their was a glitch in the system. I say, how the HELL is there a glitch 7mo later on a account that was closed. They all of a sudden cant understand my english...fricken ###. So anyway, im up to calling them 2x's a day, going off, and they dont let me talk to a supervisor, and they keep telling me a few more days! Seriously people, we need to SHUT THESE ### down, if anyone knows a lawyer or some other ways we can all take some drastic actions please know I AM IN!
I am now on my may to my bank to work something out. I will never give my bank account info out again!

This is certainly a bogus company. I have phoned these people at least 8 times---emailed them on contless occasions re a refund of $390.00 they withdrew from my account!To no avail.
At the moment I am waiting after having spoken to someone 2 days ago who assured me the money would be in my account by now!Guess what NO MONEY.
I will be taking legal action as I will not ware this .
I too am now wrapped up in this and I've NEVER ordered anything like this. I have other health issues and would never attempt to even use any type of product like this.
I had to cancel my entire bank account. They took $86.16 from my actual checking account.
Perhaps a class action suit is in order here? I will not let this rest until I get my money back. They are going to wish they had never heard my name in the year of 2010.
