UNABLE TO GET REFUND / RETURN PRODUCT
I had the toughest time contacting anyone at this company or on their website. All I kept getting was a run-a-round. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN! By not responding to my emails or calls, they make themselves appear to be shady. I am so angry that I ever ordered a so called trial product. They should clearly point out, up front, that credit cards will be charged after a certain amount of time. Who in the hell would pay $60.00 for a trial offer? NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER, EVER, EVER deal with this company or anyone associated with them.

unable to get code needed to return this product from company
I ordered the trial offer from Colopure and upon receiving the order and reading the ingredients found that it was something I would not subject my body to. The offer says that I have four [4] days to return the unused product for a refund. The problem I am having is getting a response from the web site, which I was directed to from the [800] number I called. The website asked that I allow 48 hours for a response. It has been Three [3] days. So I submitted another request. Now this company has a time frame in which you are allowed to return the product. Yet they have exceeded that time. I don't want this product nor do I wish to be a member and continue getting more on a monthly basis. Dealing with this kind of company brings to mind two words, Class Action!
Credit Card charged w/o authorization
I just wanted to sample the free trial sized bottle of Colopure. I ordered on Sept. 1st and got the product Sept. 10th. I wrote on their website on Sept. 14th to get an RMA# to return the remainder of the sample w/ bottle and requested to cancel future shipments. I just checked my bank statement and saw that the company automatically charged me for $59.95 on Sept. 15th. This is outrageous! This is clearly a breach of their own agreement and pure blatant theft! If they don't credit back my account, I will report them to the Better Business Bureau for false advertisement and corrupt practices. Their site will be shut down immediately.

I signed up for a free trial of Colopure, a colon cleanser. I agreed to pay $1 and a small shipping amount. Then, I saw an ad for another product from the same company that stated that if you sign up for the free trial, the you will automatically be sent product every month unless you cancel. It made me wonder about the Colopure so I returned to that site and, sure enough, I had unwittingly agreed for my bank account to be charged the full price for the product after the so called "free trial". Shortly after ordering the trial offer my financial situation took a turn for the worse. I decided to return the product when I received it so I would only be out the small amount I had agreed to. This company does ot make it easy to cancel or return product. I went to their website, per their instructions, to find out how to return the product and how to cancel my order. A few days later I received an email stating that I could keep it for a reduced price or go ahead and cancel. If I didn't respond to the email, my account was cancelled. I did not respond to it. I had told them I needed to return the product. The Packing List that came with the product said that I needed an RMA to return the product. I tried to email and call to get the RMA, but VOILA! By then, I had exceeded the trial period and they charged my account. We called and asked them to remove the charges as they said that my account was cancelled. They said it was beyond the trial and offered to credit back $20 and I could keep the product. In an effort to avoid overdraft charges on my account I agreed. They did not credit my account and now my account has a negative balance. The customer service rep was very rude. I believe that this company has very deceptive business practices. I will pursue this.
I also ordered this an another product not knowing they were both for colon cleansing. When I ordered there was no information that I was joining a club, and that I would continue to receive their product. There also was no listing of all the ingredients. I was charged $1.00 for my sample, and $9.95 for shipping and mailing. I was also charged $ 9.99 for 1 (Hoodiburt Gum 12 pieces of gum), and $29.95 for Hoodiawater 1 unit(1 fluif ounce).
Because we were unable to contact anyone as to how to return this product, etc. we had to cancel our credit card, so that we would not have to continue paying for an unwanted product. They will stop shipping if they have no card to charge.
I will testify against this and all companies that practice this type of fraud.
Now they have change their information online, and have added the ingredients, as well as the statement that you will continue to receive the product unless you notify them, HA, good luck trying to notify them in the time alloted (30 days from the time you ordered, and a restocking fee of 15%).
DO NOT ORDER ANY FREE SAMPLES FROM ANYONE! IF IT IS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE--IT IS!

debt
I am getting an email from Colopure company threatening to charge me extra money because they could not get their $38 from my card after 3 tries. I cancelled the card when I saw I was being swindled by them. They sent me a 15-day supply and I was expected to know if it works even though they state it takes up to 3 months to get results. So how can I send the bottle back within 15 days and know if the product works. They are threatening to ruin my credit and have added charges to the original $38 - so now I owe more because they were not able to rip me off. This is such a scam-it is unbelievable that they have the nerve to charge $38 for a 15-day supply of bogus pills.

money for trial offer
I accepted a trial offer in august 2008 for a free trial ...to pay only for shipping with money back warranty ...product gave me diarrhea...my Dr. told me not to take it ...they continued to take money from my account even though I had called to cancel ...with a wait time of 57 minutes...I returned their packages unopened and wrote cancel on them ...they continued to deduct money from my account in the amount exceeding 145.00, it caused an overdraft in my account and cost me hundreds in overdraft fee's I still have not received my refund and continue to wait on the phone to speak to someone about this ludicrous rip off! I suppose an attorney is in order!

DO NOT ORDER --- BAD PRODUCT - BAD SERVICE
i ordered the trial offer for $1, & $4.95 shipping, received the pills, some gum and water and my acct was hit for $45.85. Totally unauthorized. called to cancel order only to receive voice message to leave info. called customer care to again get a voice mail service that DOESN'T subscribe to the voice mail service. So i have been totally unable to make any human contact and so far have not been hit again but it's only been a matter of days. How do these companies continue to get away with this THEFT BY DECEPTION? Does the product work? NOT IN MY OPINION - HASN'T DONE ANYTHING FOR PURIFYING - DETOXING - OR CLEANSING MY SYSTEM.
I ordered a "free trial" of Colopure and AcaiPure weight loss supplements. I received one order of AcaiPure and took one pill, as directed, and was vomitting within two hours. I was dizzy and sweaty until I could get the product out of my system. I threw the bottle away.
I received two more orders. Both times, I returned the unopened product with a letter requesting they stop sending me (never authorized to do so) any more product and to refund my account. Two months later, I have not received a refund.
I also was charged $44.90 on my account from ColoPure which I never received any product and I have yet to receive my reimbursement.
I am very upset.
I would like any help I can receive to get these reimbursed to my account. These charges have overdrawn my limit and resulted in more fees to my account and credit rating... very upset.
i too was looking for the benefits of the combination of colopure and certified acai. when i placed my order, i then read the companies policy. it is very misleading to have the same company offer a " free trial" and that you can only get 1 item. i found this out when i called them. also, the 10 day trial period is very questionable. nowhere in their add is the REAL amount the products cost which is a whopping $ 59.95 plus shipping.
i then called to cancel within 2 minutes and there was an extremely rude lady called Tiffany who basically told me that i could not cancel and that the order was processed already. i can't believe that it could not be stopped. she said it will ship tomorrow at 6 am . i asked for a supervisor and she kept telling me that there is NO WAY TO CANCEL. i owmn a business and there is no way the order was processed that fast without being able to cancel. i had to threaten to call me credit card company and then she said : YOU WILL BE BLACKLISTED IN OUR DATABASE with the kind of voice that my parents wouldn't even speak to me in.
I am warning all consumers that if you buty from this company, YOU MUST READ THEIR POLICIES FIRST. THEY WILL SEND YOU AND CHARGE YOU WHEN THEY THINK IT IS APPROPRIATE TO DO SO... SCAMMERS...
I also paid for ($1.oo+S&H=$5.95) the free trial of ACAI and Colopure that came up as a pop-up on the internet. I thought it was worth a try, especially since they had Opra & Dr. Oz in the ad. I recieved the product on the 33 of Dec., 2008. It was a busy time, company, Christmas and all, so didn.t even open it until after the first oof the year, Then on January 5 I was trying to get som errands done before I had an appointment that afternoon and was embarrased when my debit card was no longer working. I went to the atm, entered my card for a balance inquiry and everything was ok until I tried to make a withdrawl. The machine then spat my card out and said "unauthorised user". Afterwaiting in line at the bank they said that my card had been "hot carded because ther were Questionable charges coming in from a company that they had had problems with before. They were charging me full price ($39.95) for my free trial offer that I had paid $1.00 for. I said I hadn't ordered any more of that product other than the trial offer that I had paid for. They then cut up my debit card and issued me a new one that I had to wait two weeks for. My next bank statement had two withdrawls totaling almost $80.00. Not much for some but enough for me that it very well could have caused me to have overdraft fees. Come to find out that they only offer you a 14 day trial offer but they send you a 30 day supply and if you dont return the unused part befor 30 days you are charged the whole amount eventhough you paid $!.00 + S&H for half of it already. All this info is in the fine print. In all-----a huge rip-off that needs to be stopped. I am angry and will not order anything else from the internet. Joyce-Oregon
rip off

I followed a link through our local newspaper for a "free trial" if you paid shipping charges. All was well until I got my monthly bank statement to discover I had been charged not only the shipping charges, but 6 days later $87 dollars and some cents. When I called the company and asked for the service to be cancelled and a refund to be given, the "customer service" rep told me I apparently misread the terms and conditions, referred me to a web address to read them, and sent me to a site that was not the product I purchased. When I pointed that out to her, she asked me what number I had called. When I gave it to her she told me I had called the wrong number and had not purchase from them even though she had addressed me by name when I gave her my order number. She finally ended up hanging up on me. Two calls later I still had no proof my order was cancelled, and when asked for the company name, and address, she gave them to me reluctantly, but told me they were not allowed to divulge the owner's name. This is the biggest scam I have ever run across! I will be contacting our state Attorney General, and encourage others to do the same. By the way, the terms and conditions said that if you went anywhere on the website but the main page they would assume you were agreeing to the terms and conditions regardless of whether or not you clicked the agree button.
