Our company provides customer service for some Click Money programs, but as there are several companies out there that teach Search Engine Marketing, it is difficult to determine if the program you ordered is one that we represent based on the limited information provided in the complaint.

If this is one of our programs, we certainly would like to assist you with your concerns as it is not our desire to bill clients who do not want the membership after the free trial offer.

Customer Service can be reached in the U.S. by calling: [protected], and for our International Customers in the United Kingdom: [protected], and there an agent will be happy to assist you in trying to locate an account and addressing your concerns.

If you have already contacted customer service above and feel you were not treated fairly, or would like to discuss any additional issues, please call me directly at [protected] or you may email me at customerservice@cshelp.org and I will promptly assist you.

Clickmoney deceptive billing practices

I read the ad posted at the following web site https://www.myonlinecashsecret.com/091509/index.php?subid=200041&subid2=35697&hitid=670334550 . I filled out the form expecting to be charged $0.99 for an instructional CD. They wrote that I agreed to 3 seperate memberships for which monthly billing will commence after the short trial period. It will be charged to my debit card. The company does not answer their telephone. I do not know the true name of the company. Billing has not yet started.
What can I do now?

These fraudsters have basically stolen money from my account! i have tried to phone, email and use the online live chat support all to no avail! I agreed to pay £1.20 for the start up kit and then 5 days later £80.83 was taken from my account without my authorisation! Absolutely disgusting! It's not like I have £80 to spare for scam artists to steal from me as they see fit! Do not get sucked into this! Report them immediately - they are disgraceful excuses for humans!

This company got my wife as well, $1.95 instantly then $129.95 three day later. It was over a weekend so the charges did not show up in time for me to catch it. Emails and calls did not stop the next charge of $39.98, I have gone to my bank and shut down my debt card, I'll have weeks of failed charges on my auto bill utilities, this is a super SCAM! They ARE NOT affiliated with GOOGLE at all BEWARE!

henkal,

I apologize for any misunderstanding regarding the services you've been receiving from our company. There are no commitments with the free product you ordered however there are bonus free trial periods to membership websites that accompany the free CD and we do our best to disclose this as it is stated several times throughout the ordering process - on the sales page, the order page, the confirmation page and the thank you email, it is then also explained in the first paragraph of the Terms and Conditions of the offer. We offer the trial periods to give our clients a chance to use the services and see the value of them for themselves before they are billed for them. The trial periods are free for 7-30 days from the order date depending on which bonuses apply and we would not have charged you had you called customer service and canceled during the trial period as it is not our desire to bill clients who do not want the membership after the free trial offer ends.

The following is the first paragraph of the Terms and Conditions of the offer (the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy links can be found on every page of the sales ad):

Bonus Material Terms and Termination.
By purchasing this product, you agree to adhere to the termination agreement as outlined on the order page, confirmation of order page, and confirmation email, which is that you, the buyer, are not entitled to a refund of the upfront cost of any shipping and handling that may or may not have been charged to you for delivery of said product. Furthermore, any free trials that may or may not be offered with this product are only free during the said allotted time of the free trial period as outlined within the product sales page, confirmation of order page, and confirmation email. If you have not cancelled the free bonus within the free trial period (if offered on product purchasing), you are agreeing to purchase the bonus material and/or service at a monthly reoccurring cost. This can be cancelled by calling the customer service number provided in the confirmation email between the hours of 9AM and 9PM EST M-F and stating your desire to cancel said bonus material. However, in order to not be charged any future reoccurring cost, please give ample time (2 business days) to be cancelled out of any reoccurring billing system before the next scheduled charge to your account (this does not apply during any trial period). Not canceling trial programs constitutes authorization, by you, the buyer, for any charges (as outlined) for the associated bonus service until your request to cancel has been received by our customer service staff. By not canceling the bonus program during the trial period or prior to two days before a scheduled billing cycle, you agree that any reoccurring charges billed to you will be non-refundable.

As you can see the Terms direct the customer to the sales page, confirmation of order page and the confirmation email where all pertinent information is provided to the customer before, during and after placing their order.

The following disclosure is directly from our website and can be found on both the order and thank you pages:
"By submitting this form, I am ordering the Click Money CD™ and trial membership for $2.29 S&H. After the 7 day trial, I will be charged $59.95 a month thereafter if I do not cancel. I also agree to the 14 day and 21 day bonus trials to the Fast Grants Members Site™ and Network Agenda™ for $7.95 a and $9.95 a month thereafter, should I choose not to cancel. I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy | Terms & Conditions. For questions, call [protected], anytime, 24 hours a day. "

Click Money™ comes with a 7 day free trial to our member’s website where we offer one on one live chat assistance and it teaches users how to make money using Google’s AdWords and AdSense Programs. Customers can use these programs to create Google AdWord-based Advertisements and place ads on Google searches using Google AdWords. They can do this either for their own sites or they can use Google AdSense to funnel traffic through their sites to other sites and get paid for the traffic they generate.

Click Money™ also comes with two fast action bonuses:
First is a 14 day free trial to our Fast Gov Grants™ Site, which offers access to one of the largest grant data bases where you can find both government and private foundation grantors. It offers information from Dr. Porter who is a licensed and certified grant writer. The information that is offered through our member’s website is more extensive than what other companies sell in coaching programs that cost thousands of dollars, so we feel that we are offering our clients the best value in the industry. After the trial period, it is a reduced monthly membership fee of $7.95 because you are already a member of another of our programs.

The second fast action bonus is a 21 day free trial for Network Agenda™, an affiliate company that offers an online date book that will allow you to keep track of your daily schedule and will even send you reminders to your cell phone. After the free trial, the service is $9.95 a month membership fee.

For assistance, Customer Service can be reached at [protected] or [protected] and there you will find a helpful agent waiting to assist you with your concerns.

If you are another customer that is reading this and you have already tried customer service, but feel that we have failed you in some way or you feel you weren't treated fairly please call me directly at [protected], or email me at customerservice@cshelp.org, I will be happy to address your concerns ASAP.

If you called your bank and/or credit card company and placed a stop payment on the charges... Then you will be fine (Most of the time). You could also send in a certified letter, to the company, stating for them to cease and deceased all charges and to cancel your account. If they still charge you afterwards take a copy of the letter and the receipt showing delivery to your bank. Your bank should be able to put you in contact with the fraud department and you MAY be able to file criminal charges for them knowingly placing errouneous debits to your account. You will find that if the business is based in another country (such as Canada) then very little can be done.

My ex, in all his wonderful brilliance, had a telemarketer call who said they had received his information from an affiliate partner and offered him an unsecured credit card with a limit of 15, 000.00, with no monthly upkeep fee and an APR of 6%. They said there was only a one time fee of 233.00 and it was a processing charge.

When I get home that night he tells me we will be getting a new credit card. I asked him with whom and he tells me some bank I have never heard of. I asked about the details... just basic details such as Where did you apply for this card, annual fee, monthly fee, APR flex or set, minimum monthly payments, late fee charges, maximum withdrawl amount, required term before you could cancel and early cancellation fees. His responses online, I don't know, none, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know and I don't know. I politely asked him what did he know ... he repeated what you have previously been prevy to. I smiled said no problem and asked for the number so I could speak with them and find out this information. Number? They never gave me a number.

They did not give you a phone number to contact them with incase you should have questions or wish to cancel. He explained they had not and then I asked well why did you not ask for a customer service number? Why would he... I asked if they had verified any of his information with him, his reply was that they had. They asked him to verify and he gave them the information and they said that is what they had in their systems. I called the bank. They tried charging the account, but the bank had placed a hold on the account for the amount the company wanted to charge us, until I could go up there in person to cancel. They placed 2 through at the same time, not one, both were caught.

I looked up the information on who the bank said placed the charges through... a lengthy complaint list follwed they all said the same thing. saying they received their application from an affiliate (I am guessing they bought the names for people applying through that site and others just like it.) bank. They would name the bank and do their pitch. The victims would then find out a few days later they were charged not once but twice. No one ever recieved a card or statement and the company never answered their phones.(Guess some thought it wise to get a number lol) They would then try to start fighting the charges. It seemed like most failed.

I did research on the company and they apparently were based out of Canada. There was multiple reports of phone scams based there and finding their vicitms here. I am not sure if it has changed, but at that time if there were laws prohibiting this kind of activity, they were not enforced. You were just out of the money and out of luck.

I had the same problem with them. I called them to reverse the charges. Which they did! (I think...it has not gone through yet), but I have also called my credit card company to notify them.

I am going to file a complaint with the better business bureau for mis-representation. These guys on the site said they will charge .99 cent. After 15 days, they charged me $59.95 (because I didn't call them to cancel something).

Within 30 days, they were going to charge me 9.95 for Network Agenda (whatever that is), then $14.95 for Fast Government Grants!

This is totally a bait and switch because the promotion looks like it was from Google!

Clickmoney theft

I have not purchased anything other than what was suppose to have been a Google success Kit, totaling$2. ooA for which i only ever recieved an email nothing more, and that was over a month ago and then further $60 were taken from my account 8 days later and again last week. Plus another $8 we taken from capital and another $10 from officeagenda which in total is a lot of money. I informed my bank today and I hope this thieves won`t be able to do that to so many people! I`ve just had a little baby so this was a big struggle for me as I`m not working right now. Unbelievable how people like this get money of innocent people who don`t have any idea that money is dissappearing from their accounts

These rip off merchants offered me a free 7 day trial- they charged me $142 after 3 days. I have sent email and gone on live chat, they have told me it was in the terms and conditions. but I missed it!

It must have been small writing! It is these types of people that put everyone off doing business on the internet. That is how they make money, it is simple. it is fraud.

I have been scammed too! I only noticed these unauthorized charges today after more than 3 months of ordering the stupid kit - which I never received other than a link to download brochures that told me nothing other than how complicated everything seemed, and I was charged for USD27.00 instead of the USD1.88!
There are now a total of 9 charges on my card and the amount ranges from $9.95 to $59.95, and the merchant's names are always different but basically consist of clickmoney, na31com, and some rebayt etc.
I didn't see any term & cond that said I would be billed every month if I did not cancel, and what the heck is the monthly charges for anyway? I haven't received anything other than the useless download link. Now the outstanding charges have come to about USD320.00 and there could be more since my card billing has closed a couple of weeks ago.
These people are getting rich scamming the poor like you and me!

This company is a LAIR, Fake, and Full of Crap...
They took $59.95 from my Bank account, when I never even purchased anything from them in the first damn place.
I asked for a refund, there were not coopertive in anyway. I had to tell them I will have my bank deal with this to get my
Money back.

Then they gave me a refund reciept with a RKH number. They said I shouldnt have a problem with the refund since it's only pending
They will cancel the pending and I should have it in no time. I was happy about it...UNTILL I checked my bank account and Noticed
(2-3 DAYS LATER) they still took my money. So I called again and still once again asking for my money. There giving me the run arround.

All I can say if they are full of crap, and should not be trusted.
So mainly they can shove there Terms & Conditions, as it has no reflect on me, as I didnt purchase anything from them in the first place.

P.S...
I did check my account for other transactions, as I check my account everyday to every other day.

Thanks to All who understand.
