I took as Cosmos tour to Europe in July/2019. The 3 hotel's they put us in were like glorified hostels. There was even blood spatter, bugs, and cigarettes at the Salsburg stay. They say they're available for you when have a need them at any time I attempted to call them and email them numerous times with no response. I put in a complaint when got back which took them 2 months to answer and their comment was nothing more then a sorry not sorry response. "You picked the value line Cosmos". So, I guess value now means disgusting waste off time. Also, our tour guide was terrible and was not personable at all and sometimes rude. I would stay away from Cosmos and save your money and book your own trip!

My sister and I booked Cosmos Scandinavian tour.
Very bad flight arrangements. They booked us threw Toronto Can.
There was Only One flight, and of course, with flight had delays.. there was NO other flight out of that city til 9pm the next night. So We missed, 2 fulls days of Denmark portion of our tour ;- (. Then when We returned to USA and complained to Gen Mgr.- Marisa Hayden - CTA

She said we shld have purchased travel ins. But my sister Did have the insurance, and AFFORDABLE TOURS.com Ins, company says. "they Don't cover Airlines delaying flights" So we were still. S O L!

still developer has not registered the site.
I booked the site with cosmos in bangalore. about 5 years ago by making 25% of site value and have signed sale agreement also. Layout was not developed and it was told that the registration will be done after lay out is developed. Layout has been developed. But still developer has not registered the site. He has deferred registration by given some reasons that land is not yet settled with land owner. And he pushing it since more than three years. About a month ago I came to know that site has been registered to someone within their office. I am trying follow up him. But he is unavailable in office and in phone also.Can this grievance be redressed and settled
