electrical wiring
Between the years of 2005-2008 I have sustained multiple spontaneous power outages in several parts of my home due to electrical failure. The circuit breaker is fully functioning but parts of my home do not have power.in 2007 an outlet in one of my bedrooms caught fire, also due to electrical failure. I need resolution in this matter as this has been an ongoing issue. I expect to be contacted as early as possible or I will be forced to take further action. Thank you in advance for your cooperation
Do not buy a home from kimball hill homes!
My husband and I had a TERRIBLE experience there. We signed a contact to build a new home in March, 2006. We were pre approved for a loan with the mortgage company affiliated with Kimball Hill Homes, KH Financial. We wrote an initial check to them for $1000 at that time.
