Deception Mission . Probable SCAM website
believe this website is very deceptive if not scam to the public regardless of their registration status. They advertise that it is more like an auction where price is always going down. But that is a big lie. What they actually do is to increase the item's retail price to a percentage exactly equal to what will be given off and it stops there. So...

Just Another Scamming Penny Auction?
I will state for the record that I believe that DealDay.com IS NOT another scamming penny auction. I can feel secure in the knowledge that this is a true statement of fact, because I have checked out that business at the BBB in California, and can verify from that review that it is registered in California, location - 8315 Foothill Blvd Suite B, Sunland, CA 91040, and at the bottom of the review is the following advisory under the heading of Additional Information:

This really wasn't much to go on the gain much knowledge of this new penny auction until you get the Industry Tips at the bottom:
Industry Tips
"This company offers an online auction site selling overstock and manufacturer liquidation items to the general public. The company claims to differ from other penny auction sites based on the "no bid purchase required” marketing strategy.
In this company's case, users must purchase a "Deal Time Membership" in order to use the company's services and features. Deal Time Memberships can be purchased during the registration process when advancing to the checkout page, where the registrant is asked for a credit card number for billing purposes. The cost of the service is $99.99 for 30 says of unlimited use of the site and features. The service is offered with a negative option cancellation clause. This means that unless you cancel your membership, your credit card will be billed $99 every 30 days until cancellation requirements have been met or your membership is terminated by the company. You must cancel your membership before it renews each month in order to avoid billing of the next month's membership fee. The company claims that membership fees are fully earned upon payment and are therefore non-refundable. "
That's right, DealDay.com is a membership only shopping site that:
“The cost of the service is $99.99 for 30 says of unlimited use of the site and features. (prices can vary from various means to lure you to the site) The service is offered with a negative option cancellation clause. This means that unless you cancel your membership, your credit card will be billed $99 every 30 days until cancellation requirements have been met or your membership is terminated by the company.”
I am aware it is not a penny auction by the fact that bid, tokens or grabs are free and unlimited; it is the same auction style as Ebay with what I believe to be virtually few if any of the Ebay reputation, services or nearly as broad a range of products with completive pricing. Do you think DealDay.com is interested in anything but serving up a healthy dose of this policy? –> “. The company claims that membership fees are fully earned upon payment and are therefore non-refundable”
So you see, you can not call this a scamming penny auction if it clearly describes itself to the BBB as a “online auction site selling overstock and manufacturer liquidation items to the general public”
It does make me wonder why the Affiliate Networks list their offers to the affiant membership in that category of Penny Auction sites and the flashy, bells and whistles landing page previews show such incredibly low prices and red flashing lights intermittently on the “live auctions” but the prices do not change. Could this be deceptive and misleading advertising? Is this why the two affiliate networks of ClickBooth and CPA Trend are willing to offer bounties to the affiliate membership, amounts ranging from $32.00 cpa to $48.00 cpa to entice people to fill in that second page of registration complete with method of payment details?

Since I now know it is not just another scamming penny auction because it is NOT a penny auction according to the BBB. So if I can rule out penny auction, I will have to decide on the rest of the original statement. The company public statement of “The company claims to differ from other penny auction sites based on the "no bid purchase required” marketing strategy.” is much like saying a pig differs from a chicken, because it is a pig. Any membership only shopping site, that does not require the users to purchase bids that are expended to raise the auction price, but instead, allows unlimited “grabs” or bids on auction items, is simply a poor imitation of the Ebay auction system where the top “grabber” at end of timed interval is the only one to pay for that item at it’s last posted price. Maybe this is how DealDay.com intends to “redefine shopping” and “blowout” the widely held beliefs as to what any penny auction site is?
