Did not provide merchandise
I purchased movie ticket vouchers via travelzoo.com and Digital Doorstep is responsible for honoring this voucher. I entered my voucher number at digitaldoorstep's web site as instructed but was not able to obtain my tickets. See attached screen print that was displayed. Note: I had no problems with my other voucher that was used last week. However there seems to be a problem with the website today. When I call the phone number provided. [protected] I just get a busy signal. I WILL NOT USE THIS PROMOTION EVER AGAIN. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

Cannot redeem Restaurant.Com Gift Cart
Have tried unsuccessfully to redeem $50 Gift Card for Restaurant.Com purchased from Digital Doorstep. After punching in the redemption code it says "this code has already been redeemed" - it has not. I called the 800 number and I did get a lady who told me it takes 24-48 hours to generate a ten digit code for redemption. It has now been a week...I still get the same message on the website that "this code has already been redeemed" and now when I call the 800 number, I get a busy signal for about 5 seconds and then a disconnect.

meant to say the pages do not work @ all
Their phone number does not work. They sent my Target card with only 5 dollars on it. Saying I need to log in to get the 20 dollars, extra put on it! The pages do work. I have not tried to get my 50 dollars food card activated yet. We will see if that will work. Right now I am thinking pure scam!
I purchased 4 sets of Fandango tickets and was not able to redeem my codes and they only reply with an auto response via email. I called Travelzoo, whom I purchased the tickets from and they knew exactly why I was calling, said they will never do business with digital doorstep again and politely refunded my money. I posted on my FB what a scam digital doorstep is.
This is the number to call to complain to digital doorstep - [protected]. DO NOT LET THEM PUT YOU ON HOLD OR TRANSFER YOU. They are quick tricky in putting you on hold and then disappearing or transferring you to a voicemail with a full box. Make sure you get ALL your answers from the very person who answers. I threatened them with a BBB complaint (which i did) and also with being a scam or shady business and that if I did not receive that which I have paid for, I will contact the proper authorities.
I'm having the same problem with a Fandango movie ticket deal I purchased through Saveology in November. The offer expires this weekend and I can not contact Digital Doorstep either.
Instead, I've gone back to Saveology [protected]) and explained to them what is happening. They knew exactly why I was calling when I mentioned Digital Doorstep and apologized. They mentioned Digital Doorstep has been an issue for them, they took my codes, and are going to reissue new codes with new expiration dates via email within the next 24 hours.
So I suggest that you go back to place of purchase, find a contact and call them directly to resolve the issue. It's places like Digital Doorstep that give these online deals a bad name. Good luck!
I am having the same problem. I have received the busy signal everytime I have called for 2 weeks now. My emails have also not been answered.
I had the same experience when attempting to redeem my card this morning.
Never received my $25 Target gift card in the mail
I purchased a $50 restaurant.com gift certificate which I was able to redeem online and I was supposed to receive a $25 Target gift card in the mail which I never did. I tried contacting Digital Doorstep and all I ever get is a busy line and I sent them 3 emails which went unanswered. I sent an email to kgbdeals and all they ever said was to contact Target. I contacted Target and of course they didn't know what the heck I was talking about and told me to contact Digital Doorstep. I have officially been ripped off...
I purchased four vouchers for movies offered at The Arena District movie theater. This was a great value since we live nearby. During the holidays my husband and I went to The Arena District to see a movie. The personnel at the theater advised us at that time that they no longer were a "Fandango Partner, " and that they would not honor our vouchers. We ended up paying full price for the movie and now we have no use for these four vouchers as we cannot find another Fandago Partner theater in Columbus, Ohio. I would like to have a refund of $56.00 for this purchase. Voucher Nos. are: T6ZCFEE4FE6344434D PIN 4604; T6ZCFE94445G33G48 PIN 7855; T6ZCFDD48C7CCEEC PIN 6609; and T6ZCFHC453677CC85C PIN 6358
Contact the deal site you purchased the offer from. I purchased the same offer via Sharing Spree and just emailed me to state they are mailing me a $20 refund check - the difference between the $5 Target gift card I received and the $20 Digital Doorstep did not activate as promised. Hope we all get resolution on this quickly!
This might have something to do with it. http://www.dailydealmedia.com/537digital-doorstep-files-chapter-7-bankruptcy/
I purchased the Fandango movie tickets through travelzoo, went through the digital doorstep process, and when I try to use the codes on Fandango they say they have already been used. I have contacted Digital doorstep and travelzoo and am waiting for a response. Can't believe they would give used codes.

I have also fallen prey to digital doorstep and their restaurant.com/target gift card "offer" I actually had to call sharing spree, the group I purchased it through, to get an actual answer. The customer service e-mail I received was incredibly vague and unprofessional. This place is an absolute joke. I will be reporting them to BBB.
I bought the Walmart, Fandango, Restaurant.com package from Dealfind Baltimore. I received 3 codes via email on the Digital Doorstep site. Only 2 codes worked: Walmart and Fandango. I have not tried to redeem them, yet. When I input The Restaurant. com code on the D.D. site, it evoked a "This is not a valid code" response. I could not get through to Digital Doorstep on the phone. There was some weird fast-talking message which answered the first time. I think it was telling me to call some other number for a "talk" line. When I called back multiple times after that, I got a busy signal. This is bad business.
"
I also got the Holiday Deal with a Rest.com voucher and Target GC...here it is past the holidays and nothing. I got it through Saveology and all they did was refer me to digital doorstep. Main number to DD is busy...the "direct" number saveology gave me to DD has a message about their server being down and much apologies and will be running within 72 hrs and all mail boxes are full.
So in short...nobody seems to want to resolve this or honor their offer. Saveology just passes the buck and DD has no way to contact a real person...I have sent them an e-mail but no response. Never again...Stay away from Saveology and digitaldoorstep.
By the way...I don't recall Saveology mentioning in the deal it would be fulfilled by another company.
Update: Bloomspot has done the right thing and refunded my $32.
I ordered a Fandango/Starbucks package through Bloomspot; got my code for Fandango; nothing for the Starbucks $20 gift card. I also emailed and called both Bloomspot and Digital Doorstep. No luck. I just filed a complaint today with BBB against Bloomspot and will dispute the charge with my bank.
