Today 21 January 2023 I called a number I thought was the gas company. I was calling to get my account number to set up auto pay. I'm not sure how I got Docwellid. The person on the other end was of India accent. I explained why I was calling. He asked my address, phone, bday. No account number yet. I don't recall everything said but then he asked for my...

I was charged $9.95 on my debit card which I did not authorize. when I tried to contact this company listed as docwell on my bank statement i was never able to speak to a live representative. I never provided My card information so where did they get that and all they asked me was my name and address for job case with someone whining about not getting a job after interviews of which I said nothing. tell me I viewed my bank account an a charge was on it from DocWell Id. shoot these people.To even know they had my email address via American Red Cross is in question.
