Douglas Tires The ms 205 70 r15 all season tires

When I bought them I just knew they were great tires. 8 months later one tire on the rear has a bump in it. Sidewallseparation. No worries. Dudnt think anything about it. I put a GT tire on. 2 weeks later. My front passenger. Slowly leaking air. Cant find a leak. Take tire off and the tread and the side wall is just not good. I can see the tread line and sidewall line all the way around the tire. Not sealed good. I look at the other 3 and BLAM ! Yup same crappy deal. Junk. Not only that my 16 year old daugter was driving this on those. Lord help me. You put peoples life in jeopardy. Shame. Shame

3 Douglas tires in 1 week, all of them have small or large bubbles on the outside! How Walmart had not caught this I have no clue! I've had to pay 3 x for 2 tires and I wouldn't leave without them seeing the bubbles before I left! They still say it's not there problem! Are you kidding. Please please save your money spend a few extra bucks and don't buy Douglas tires. These were on an 07 ford edge 17 inch tires. Worthless. My kids rise on this car with my wife I'm so glad I caught this while inspection every other week.

Douglas Tires Poor quality, failing tires, worn out tread fast

I have a 1998 Plymouth Breeze which is my everyday driver car where i go to college, work and family. I have installed 4 of these tires on two vehicles and all tires are wearing out at 7, 000 miles and developing bubbles in the tires and blowing on the sidewall. Rubber is soo thin that any hard objects on the road can easily puncture these tires, had a chicken bone, a rock and metal cans cut through this tires. Only two months and the tire has failed how terrible. Going to buy me Kumho tires which are a couple dollars more and last 75, 000 miles. I guess you get what you pay for.

Douglas Tires Their tires were faulty and impossible to get refund

I bought Douglas Tires and it was the worst deal ever. I purchased them for the trailer, but the seller provided faulty tires. They were deflated all the time and I pumped them several times per day. I wanted to return them, because it was obvious that something was wrong with them. However, the seller didn’t think like this and refused to return any money back. So, my advice- don’t buy from them and you will save money.

Douglas Tires Not repairable!

I bought tires today at walmart in georgetown, ky. They put douglas tires on my truck. I had asked for goodyear. The douglas tires they put on are very poor quality. Each tire has a hugh dented in place in the side that goes into the tread. The numbers on the card they gave me doesn't even match the serial numbers on the tire. The tires are knobby, the cords are broke and they are just all round poor quality. I am very dissatisfied.

I bought new tires for my car, DouglasGt's and within a few months had to have one replaced because of broken belts in the tire and then within the year of them being on my car have had to replace the others as well as the first one I replaced again for the same reason.I would NOT recomend the Douglas brand to anyone.I feel I should be due a refund of my money I have spent on the tires due to defects in them but conviently cant find any way to contact them about this problem.

I bought a douglas tire from wal-mart on Jan 27, 2011. Today is Feb. 21, 2011. The sidewall of the tire completely separated about an hour ago while my son was driving it on the highway. We are lucky he wasn't hurt. Well needless to say wal mart will not replace the tire. I believe it had to be a defect in the tire since it has been less than a month since I purchased it and the way it came apart.

I bought 2 douglas tires at Walmart and had them installed I assumed that 45, 000 mile tire would last for what I use the vehicle for but after 15, 000 miles the bands are showing on both more on one then the other .When I called Walmart they said it was my problem because I did not buy there road hazard ..now in my eyes when it says 45, 000 mile tire it should be I am disabled and just jumping in and going to buy tires all the time is something I can not do ...why do you have 45, 000 mile on the tire and why dont you or walmart back it up dont like to here that its my problem when it is not and they should be upfront and tell you you have to buy the road hazard ..help me out here and back your product please !

I purchased (4) of the Douglas GT 215x65x16 tires on 3/23/09. I drove the car home and found that the external noise from the tires is excessive. In reviewing the consumer report I found that is have been a chronic problem with the tire for a long period of time. I was fortunate enough to have purchased these from a replicable dealer, so they are replacing the tires for me with my choice of tire.

I purchased a new Ford Focus and have been the sole owner since 2001. I have also used Wal-Mart for my tires since the cars purchase. However in the last few years, in my opinion, the tires have been of a low quality and have been unreliable and unsafe. On January 26, 2007 I purchased 4 Douglas Xtra-Trac P185/65R14 tires. I had them installed; I also...
