Wheels came off cart failed inspection
i bought a cart from dream maker carts last summer. i hed a hard time getting the health people to approve the cart and when i called dream maker carts they just laughed et me. last week the wheel came off but i will not call these people again.
please dont but a cart from these people. they talk nice till they get your money then bad treatmant.

SCAMMERS BE CAREFULL
I bought a cart from American dream aka Dream maker hot dog carts a few months ago from this car sales man.
right away I had problems wit the water system and the steamer wouldn't stay lit
when I called back joel was not friendly any more now that he had my money.
The health departmant won't let me use the cart and i am out 2500.00
DON't buy a cart from this dream maker carts or american dream you will be sorry.

It is hard to take this complaint seriously and It makes me think this anonymous person complaining is a competitor. I live in Northern California and I never do business online and or over the phone only, expecially out of State. I usually meet in person ti shake hands on this type of transaction and due to my distance I changed my way of doing business. DreamMaker sets themselves apart in every way from their professionalism to their QUALITY ALL AMERICAN PARTS. Joel was really informative and consistent throughout the whole process of purchasing my cart from him this month. I have and will continue to recomend DreamMaker's QUALITY made products to other venders in the future. Joel personally went above and beyond to helped me get my business up and rolling.
I have to disagree with that guy's complaint..here's my story. On Jan 23 2014, I lost my job
As a truck driver..yes I had a minor accident. No injuries, do deaths, only minor damage to the vehicle that I hit. In 37 yrs of over the road driving..this is the only accident I've ever had. So I researched the hot dog cart business more extensively. Had been thinking about it anyway. Had all the info at hand, and was trying to get financing on a specific cart. No
Luck. Then I came across dream maker hot dog carts. I talked to Joel for a few minutes one day, then quite extensive the next..I couldn't be more happy. Joel has been in constant
Contact with giving me help on financing approval, etc. I hope to pick-up my cart sometime

I know joel personally...he is not out to "take" anyone...honest straight forward guy!

I dealt with Joel and he was very helpful! He is knows his stuff and is no scam artist in any sense! I hope that anyone who reads this comment knows that this person is only telling a one sided story here, I don't believe for one second that Joel was not helpful or nasty I only spoke to the man a few times and met with him twice but he is a very honest man. He made sure that I wasn't going to jump into the cart business just to sell his item, he told me a lot of great points of interests and told me to go home and think about the things we discussed with him and to come back whenever we were sure and ready! How many businessmen tell you to make sure you want to buy an item of there's? Any car salesman would say come on in to my office right now I can get you in this car today! So I think some people should try to be a little more honest and kinder about things before they go and strike out their anger on the internet to try to hurt someone's business! Keep the peace, Anger gets you NOWHERE! I hope you aren't serving the public with that attitude! P.S Dream Maker Hot Dog Carts ROCK!- Tara :)
It is, and always has been, the firm policy of DreamMaker Hot Dog Carts (formerly American Dream Hot Dog Carts) to handle any problems for our customers IMMEDIATELY upon notification. If warranty repairs need to be made in the customer's location, we will pay those invoices directly to the repair shop. Of course, we must KNOW ABOUT a problem in order to fix it. If the person writing the above complaint will contact us and not remain anonymous, we are ready to rectify the situation. After 20 years in business, this is the first complaint that has been UNSIGNED and therefore UNTREATED. If this is NOT a bogus complaint, please contact Andrew (customer service) at 727.735.2412. We pride ourselves on customer service that is unparalleled in the hot dog cart industry - but, we cannot fix problems that are not brought to our attention.

Hi cart girl! I would like to comment on this subject.
I bought a Dream Maker Cart off a an existing customer just a few months ago.. I have not had this cart out as of yet, because I'm just getting started in the business! But I can assure you that just looking at the craftsmanship on how well this was designed and built, that the Dream Maker, is what I consider the BEST manufacturing company in the business!
And for your information, I haven't even spent 1 red cent with them yet, Let me tell you one more thing.. They have helped me with every question I have asked, and gave me every answer that I needed to get started! Anytime I call and speak to anyone there, I've been treated like a long time customer!
So, on that note... I'm now going to send everyone I know to Dream Maker for their Excellent customer service and product!

First of all, no person at DreamMaker Hot Dog Carts would ever laugh at a customer's problem or complaint, and if they did, they would be terminated immediately. We pride ourselves on a quality product and quality customer service, and we take these things very seriously. If a customer has an issue with his or her cart, all they need do is call us and we will gladly come up with a resolution for them. We stand behind every cart and mobile kitchen that we manufacture, and all problems brought to our attention are handled as quickly as possible. Even though the warranty issued with each new cart sale is applicable only to the original owner, we gladly assist those who have purchase our carts used. We will help to obtain any parts or service needed. Just call our parts & service manager Jerry at [protected]. There has NEVER been a new DreamMaker cart that did not pass health department inspection in Florida. Never! Please, Joan in Jacksonville, scan and post your inspection failure paperwork here for everyone to see. It is obvious to us, that this "complaint" is a complete fabrication. We are so confident in fact, that if the author of this complaint would like to come forward, identify herself and bring validity to this claim, we will issue her a check for $500.00. Be sure to have the serial number that is printed clearly on every DreamMaker cart, along with any documentation you may have.
