entrust bankcard is a total scam. they promised a much lower rate in credit card processing and big saving. not only are my rate higher than before, i am stuck with a 60 month lease with Ladco on the credit card machine. when i decided to go back to my previous processing company, i was penalized $500 and i still have to pay my lease- non cancelable. my machine broke the other day, entrust no help cos i don't process with them and Ladco no help and i have to return a WORKING machine after 60 month lease. even though i have the machine less than 6 months, i called the manufacturer and it is out ot warranty. entrust gave me a USED OLD machine. so i have to pay for the repair. nothing is true from entrust and they should be sue and put out of business.

The Attorney General of Arizona wants to hear from you. I have filed a report with them and have a recording of their ENTIRE sales SCAM! However, they need more people to file a complaint with them.
