Do not use them. They are a pass through service. Recently ordered sunglasses from them. The prescription was wrong. They refused to even look at them again nor refund. Since they are not the makers of the glasses they can't do much but take your money. Stay away. Complete shade. Stuck with lens that I can't use. Walk into your local Lenscrafters or store...

I have had multiple telephone conversation and email correspondences with Steve Villani at eyeglasslensdirect.com. He stated the company will only issue a 50% credit of $42 to remake the unsatifactory lenses I have received from eyeglasslensdirect.com. The guaranee advertised on the site is "100% satisfaction guanteed" -- not having to pay an additional 50%...
