Huge scam
I signed up for information on how to work from home. It said 30 day trial for $2.95. One week later I was charged $79.99. They have refused to give me my money back. Now that I am researching it, there are complaints all over about this company doing this exact thing to lots of people. I have even seen the name of a supervisor that I was given on another...

signed up by mistake. they took the 2.99. next week they took 79.99 and i called and complained and they said they would refund the 79.99. They didn't. I also had to pay an overdraft of 34.00. I wasn't expecting it to come out. I called today and let it ring for 35 min. they put me on hold 4 times and told me they could not issue a refund and they wouldn't tell me their address or their last names. Mia was the supervisor I spoke with. They should be shut down! they are taking peoples money and in these times it is hard enough for us to make ends meet!
79.99
They had [protected]@.95 promo I signed up for a seven day period. I canceled as required . So as not to be billed the 79.99. I even got the name of the person and the void and deactivation numbers. I thought I had done everything right.Yeah no good. They still billed the 79.99. So I called to cancel again and to complain. After waiting for a period of13 minutes I talked to Mel She told me Julie doesn't exist and all my cancellation numbers didn't exist and I was to eat the 79.99. She then gave me a new cancellation number and assured me I was done this time. After complaining loudly and telling her about this site and the better business bureau she offered me a 25% refund of my 79.99. Something is better than nothing at this point?

it sounds like i am just another victim of online fraud from this company! i can't believe with all these complaints they haven't been stopped yet! i was also charged $79.99 without my authorization and went to my bank to file a dispute form. If you are reading this and are also a victim I would suggest cancelling your card and go to your bank immediately to file a dispute form. this is wrong and these people need to be stopped! Friggin' Idiots!
I paid $2.95 for an information kit to be sent to me about working from home. Inputting emails to be exact. After 17 days a charge of $79.99 was taken from my account without ever receiving the original information. I lso paid another $10.90 for additional information on the same day with the same company. I would like to receive the $79.99 put back into my bank account. this made my account overdrawn and I did not autorize this debit from account. How can I get this money back.
sincerely,
Tina Matthews
I was charged $2.95 and understood that to be a one time deduction. Now they have deducted $79.99 from my account and after being on hold for over an hour, I find out that that is not refundable. I wish I had read these complaints before I allowed this to happen.
Do not subscrib to anything called Fastnet Learning. They will not refund you anything. This is a SCAM and I am ashamed to say I have been Scammed.

FASTNET LEARNING OF AZ. are scamming many by offering a kit for $2.95 to start a home business. The $2.95 is just to get your bank or credit card information, for they know even the unemployed can afford $2.95. After getting my information they proceeded to withdraw an unauthorized amount of $79.99 from my bank account. They didn't just stop at one $79.99 but they change company name or sold my information to another company name PROFITGURUONTHEWEB.COM and a month later withdrew another $79.99 from my account. Now I am angry with these heartless idiots and myself for not paying closer attention to my account. The phone number to this Fastnet Learning [protected] conveniently stay busy 24/7 but I was able to contact the profitguruontheweb.com, customer services at [protected] of UT. The young lady gave me a first name only and ask that I send proof of transaction via fax, she gave me the fax number but in the meantime I've been working with my bank FRAUD dept., filed a electronic claim. From this point I am having my bank to investigate these unauthorized charges. My take-a-way lesson: Frequently check my bank and credit card statement and don't allow a weak position in life (such as unemployment) cause me to make quick and bad decision even if it is just $2.95 or I THOUGHT.
On June 18, 2017 I was looking online for opportunities for a home-based business. I don't know for sure what site I was on, but I clicked on a posting that said for a fee of $2.95 you could search their database for business opportunities that you might be interested in pursuing. I paid th $2.95 fee with my Capital One credit card and looked at the site. I found no listings that I cared to investigate so I left the site. The next bill from Capital One had a charge from Fastnet Learning on June 25, 2017 for $79.99. I did not authorize this charge, and I should not have to pay it. I have been in contact with Capital One several times, and the charge has been dropped and reposted to my account. I should not have to pay for something that I did not authorize.
When I called the number on my credit card bill, I have not gotten any satisfaction. Today when I called the number, I got a recording that said it was not a working number. I looked for a website tonight and found the information that many people had received similar types of charges and the company was operating an online scam. What do I need to do to recover this fraudulent charge? Jane Wise jgwise48@wmconnect.com
I too visited this website and agreed to a $2.95 charge. However, like all of the other victims, $79.99 was charged to my cc. I called my cc company and they refunded the $79.99. In retaliation, the company charged another $79.99 and sold my info to another company out of Las Vegas, Guru something and they also charged my card, $79.99. I have been charged a total of $159.98 for just visiting a website!
Please take the time to contact the Better Business Bureau and file a formal complaint. If everyone who has been victimized by this company files complaints, maybe they can and will be stopped. You can Google the Better Business Bureau or contact the AZ office @ [protected].
I have also tried to get my refund and what these jerks do is they change the name of where the funds are going. Everyone needs to check their bank accounts on a daily basis. They have charged me 3 times in the past 4 weeks. I have also been put on hold forever and spoke with an Ilene. They are nothing but crooks!
Just got off the phone with those people! What a load of #$%^! I am going to call my bank right now...but I have a bad feeling, I'm not gonna get anywhere. I am out 79.00 plus the overdraft charges when it put my checking account in a spiral!
scam
This company is a scam. They took 79.99 out of my account, as I see it did others, and they refuse to refund my money. I have received no information or even an email confirmation from this company, and they will not give me my money back.

This is a huge scam! They never answer phones and #'s are disconnected. They tell me my refund will be done in three to five business days and then email me to give it another try! Huge scam that never refunded my money!
Refund for unauthorized charges
I went on an work at home internet site and through links suggested I ordered a kit that cost $2.95. Which I paid for with a debit card. Six days later I got a charge for $79.99 for a subscription which they say I signed up for at the time I bought the kit. They have refused to refund my m0ney saying I did not read the small print. These people are associated with ecommerce who was the sponsor of the original website. Where have reputable business people gone to?
The same thing happen to me, now when I email them I get a case closed email. Do you know what state they are out of? I would like to contact the Better Business Bureau.
Fraud/Scam
This company is a BIG FAT SCAM! This company has withdrawn $79.99 from my account with out my authority. It took a while but I was able to contact some rude customer service agents. To anybody out there that need numbers contact [protected]. Keep my posted on your results...they refuse to give me my money back. Good Luck

My credit card is being charged for $68.45. They have no contact number and if you email them there is no reply to your emal..I want them to stop this.
Just like everyone else here we got scamed. the thing to do is to find out exactly what and where fastnet learning is from. the name of the owner where he lives. get the jest. Personally I would like my refund back.the no.# I have for them is [protected]. Me, I think I'll keep looking. becoolpool@yahoo
The company charged $79.99 without my permission and I did not get any email about the charge. It is very deceptive that they don't inform the customer.
I never heard of this company. I was receiving some information on a business at home. I Only paid for the shipping of the info.
This company started charging me for this and I never signed up for it. I requested information which I had to pay for and now my bank account is overdrawn. I had no idea they were charging me. I'm not even sure if this is real becuase I have not recieved anything in the mail from this company.
yep yep yep they got me too, but I never got my money back. I called Capital One and did what they told me I sent in my paper work to Capital one mailed it the 1st time. After awhile I never heard anything so I called them they said they never received anything. So I resent Certified mail. Post office delivered I checked online. They still claimed they never received it again I totally flipped out I finally faxed it to them and the told me there would be no problem I sent them all the emails between the company and me one of them was me telling them I wanted to cancel it. It was the next day cuz I looked up this Fraud site. By this time they said to much time had passed that there is some kind of deadline crap. SO I EVEN GOT SCREWED OVER BY MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY EVEN THOUGH I HAD ALL THE EMAILS CANCELLING, CALLS TO MY CARD COMPANY ON RECORD COPY OF CERT MAIL RECEIPT. I CAN'T BELIEVE ALL THE TIME AND COPIES AND MONEY I GOT SCREWED OUT OF VERY VERY PISSED OFF
SCAM SCAM SCAM. I first started with FastNet Learning 7/10. I was charged 2.95 & few days later charged 79.99. Canceled within the 30 day trial. Was charged an additional 79.99 by Profitguru. Didnt receive a refund, so I disputed with my bank and got back all of my money. Thought I was done with all this mess. In Dec.2010 I was charged 68.45 by IMG Ignited and Jan 2011 I was charged 68.45 by Netspeed. Again I disputed these charges with my bank. IMG has responded saying I approved these charges. They sent an invoice saying the charges were for services for (guess who?), Fastnet Learning. I have now had to file a fraud report and also had to request a new credit card account #. I have never seen a company that uses a different company name everytime they charge you. Makes me wonder who else has my credit card info. Hopefully I will be rid of them forever. I will never make the mistake again of dealing with shady companys on the internet.
I was scammed by Fast Net Learning Company as well. I wish someone would catch these people and put them behind bars. I was able to call them two months ago and cancelled the service when I realized right after I signed up that I had a question, and was unable to find a working phone number or email account. After three hours I was able to get through to the company and I cancelled the plan. I looked at my email account today and realized that they are still charging me. This is BS! I'd like to shoot the buzzards.
Does anyone have a working phone number for these people? I'd appreciate any help. Thank you, Debbie
I was scammed as well by Fast NEt Learning. I can't find a phone number that works for them. I tried the [protected] that someone suggested in the comment section but it is not a working number. Anyone have a good number for these guys. When I spoke to them two months ago, I cancelled, but apparently they are still taking money out of my account. Any help, thanks, Debbie
I was able to get a number through my bank. [protected]. Be careful because once you ncancel the acct and lose the initial money it doesn't end there. I was hit for another $68 and change 10 days ago. This is 6 months after I cancelled the acct. AGAIN there is nothing I can do. I have gone to my bank and cancelled the card so there is no way it can happen again and I recommend all of you do the same now before you git more charges.
