CRIMINAL
MY UNCLE lives in Saddlebrook, he was reffered by this company by a pool company to have trees cut down. From past experiences he always makes an effort to look into company's before hiring. Thank goodness for complain boards such as this, for he found many many complaints on this company. It was called R Faucher Tree Service before, I called the number he have me and he must of recently changed it to Faucher Tree Experts. My uncle had me do a criminal background check on Robert Faucher and to our suprise and astonishment he had a criminal record dating back from over 6 years to date. We called our pool company to warn them as well as emailed all pool companies to never refer their clients to this company. we figure he changed the name (not the phone number) due to all the postings he has seen. The pool company did inform Faucher Tree Experts on our findings in which he then changed his company name. My uncle has requested for me to post a comment to warn all Bergen County Residence to stay clear of this company. He has committed too many thefts, too many crimes, to be trusted in our neighborhood. If anyone has been solicted by this company they are to call their local police department. He is not wanted in our towns. Stay CLEAR OF

ANDOVER LADY, IT IS ME AGAIN, I CANT SEEM TO FIND THE PHONE NUMBER OF THIS CRAZY DRIVER ON THE COMPLAINT BOARD SO IF YOU GET THIS TWICE SORRY [protected] I HAD MY SON WRITE IT DOWN. HE WAS UP MY TAIL AS WELL, I WAS DOING 10 MILES OVER THE SPEED LIMIT I WAS GOING FAST ENOUGH FOR HIM TO NOT HAVE SCARED US ALL SO BAD. LIKE I SAID IF MY KIDS WERE NOT WITH ME I WOULD HAVE HANDLED IT RIGHT THERE. BUT I FEARED FOR THE SAFETY OF MY CHILDREN AND THE OTHER DRIVERS. AS I SAID MY BROTHER THE COP LOOKED INTO THE PHONE NUMBER AND IT LED US TO VERONA, THE PHONE IS NOT UNDER HIS NAME, THE TRUCK IS UNINSURED UNREGISTERED, AND NOT HIS, THE ONLY THING MY BROTHER CAME UP WITH IS HIS DRIVERS RECORD. R STANDS FOR ROBERT. HE LOOKED UP HIS CRIMINIAL RECORD HE IS BAD NEWS. BAD. FEEL FREE TO WRITE ON THIS BOARD IF YOU NEED ADDITIONAL INFO FROM ME. ALSO YES WE CALLED THE SAME PEOPLE IN SPRINGFIELD. THIS GUY TOLD ME THE SAME THING HE TOLD YOU. HE SEEMS TO KNOW HIM, I SUPPOSE A FAMILY MEMEBER THE BAD APPLE. LIKE I SAID LET ME KNOW IF YOU WANT ANY FURTHER INFO. WE ALL NEED TO GET HIM OFF THE ROAD THE MORE COMPLAINTS THE BETTER FOR US. THANK YOU AND SORRY FOR YOUR ORDEAL

This company was previously called r faucher tree service, please read other complaints on this company. I was referred to this company as r faucher tree service with the same number posted on the complaint board, i went to google his company and read all the horrific complaints about this company. I called the number and it now introduces the company as faucher tree experts, all beware as for it is the same company. I looked into the bbb, and in 2005 it has a comment "company to stay clear of" i can not believe i was referred to this company by a place of business i have been going to for many years, i was astonished that this tree company had so many complaints, i am happy that i am a dilgent man and always make it my business to research anyone that is hired for work at my home. The reason i am posting this complaint is for the people that also do the same as i do, (Research) the people that referred me to this company was notified to these complaints, hopefully they will be more professional before referring criminals to their customers homes. I have a nephew who is sergent at the bergen county sheriffs department and he pulled up a criminal record on this man. He has a wrap sheet a mile long, theft by deception, many traffic violations, and many other crimes, the theft by deception is what really turned me off... Why in the world would a tree company need a deposit? They are cutting down a tree, no materials are needed to start the job, wake up people do not give a deposit to any tree company or landscaping company that is ubsurd. When a landscaper rings your bell and pitches his company to cut your lawn do they ask for a deposit to start the job? Never. Becareful who you give your money too.

He is back down at the shore under the name of All American Tree Service out of Pt. Pleasant [protected]. I guess he found some other person who fell for his deceitful ways. For those of you who have been scammed. Write back and I would love for you to be witnesses for my court case. I placed my name on the business and was taken for a 'ride' and having to re-pay those he scammed at the jersey shore out of my own pocket.
