I have received phone calls since Oct 2007. I started tracking the phone calls where I have spoken to a man who identifies himself as Jack. He uses either of the two phone numbers [protected] or [protected]. He has called 1/28/08, 2/5/08,
4/9/08, 4/9/08, 4/10/08, 4/11/08, 5/7/08. I have told him each time to stop calling and to remove my name and number from his calling list. I told him he was harassing me and to stop. He hung up.
What are my rights to stop this man?
This number has called too many times.

Be aware. This company, First Financial is a fraud.I lost money with them. They will quote you low and when you start loan process with them, they raise the rate. I was checking to refinance my homes and the First Financial contacted me. I already initiated my loan process with another lender and the First Financial offered me better rates so I went with them, Clint Crebin was a loan officer. My house in Colorado is my second home and I live in California. Everything was good. Good income, excellent credit score over 800 and over million dollars assets and accounts. We submitted everything and went through lots of hassle because they (Leann.. was very rude and demanding) were neat picky and harrassing, asking for all records right away otherwise, loan will not be processed. We went over our head and submitted everything. Then they came back with the higher rate, 1/2 percent higher saying that my home is a rental property. We do not rent our home, there is no rental income or expenses on the tax. Our tax records were clear of no expenses claimed and we pay all utilities, mortgage etc. They charged me appraisal fees upfront on my credit card and I lost that. Plus, now because of the loan process, my credit score is ruined and I can not get another loan. We complained to the CEO and they refused to pay us back. In fact, now, they told us that we decided not to take the loan with 1/2% more than the locking rate, it is our fault and they are not responsible.
I strongly say, no one should refinance with them. They are liars and cheaters. Does any one know which Government agency I should complain to?
