We made an appointment to see a house. Thirty minutes before we were supposed to meet I received a call from the company asking when I would like to see the house and acting like we didn't already have an appointment. My husband and I arranged our schedule around this and were both very disappointed in their poor planning.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Psychotic real estate agent
We are in the process of buying a property. Jim was the listing agent and became buyers agent when writing contract to purchase. Jim has lied to both sides on many many occasions. He has sent several harassing and degrading emails to the buyer. No one knows where the deal stands because he lies to everyone. He doesn't want buyer and seller communicating because we find out about more lies. The owner of that office Roger Rushman was contacted several times and he said he would take the deal over. He hasn't done anything yet. The agent Jim has given bad advice to both parties costing them thousands of dollars. It like he snaps on people and loses control. He has anger issues. The buyer is afraid he might try to hurt her. He seems like he has malicious intent with the things he says and does.
uh - they seller should get a different agent - problem solved
