Dog backpack
I ordered a backpack carrier for my dog May 26, 2020. I immediately emailed them to tell them I had entered the wrong shipping address and asked them to update it. I had to follow up one more time but I did hear back saying they changed the address. It's now Sept 1, 2020 and I have not received my product and have not received replies to my recent emails to inquire about where my product is.
Pooch Pack
I ordered a pouch pack on 6/6/2020. It is August and I have not received order. I have sent 2 emails to their website and received no response.
I believe it is a scam do not waste your money ordering from them.
Pet carrier pooch pack
I ordered 2 pooch packs online on May 26 2020 from www.floofypets.com but never got a confirmation email, I only have a screen shot with the order number (#5054) and details. The products never arrived. I emailed them on June 18 got a reply from this email address [protected]@floofypets.zendesk.com stating that my request was being reviewed by their support...

Ordered a pooch pack from Floofy Pets on June 16th, 2020 and have yet to receive my order. I was charged the full amount ($44.99) but never received my order. The website says it has yet to be shipped. I have sent the company two emails - one on July 1st, 2020, and one on July 14th, 2020, but they have not responded. I cannot get in touch with anyone at the company. I would like a full refund.
I ordered a Pooch Pack in June 2020 and have written several messages with no return answer.
I feel like I have been Scammed. Is this company still in business? How do I get my money back?
It is now August with no word on my order. The least they can do is get back to customers about delay.
I’m going to check with my attorney on how to go forward with this matter. I won’t pay a scam company.
Tired of waiting to hear.
Pooch pack
Item was ordered online on 3/19/20 and received on 4/11/20. Per company website: "We will accept a return and give you a full refund no questions asked within 14 days of receiving your product. We just ask that the item us unused and you cover the shipping back to us."
On 4/13/20 and 4/17/20 I emailed the company, as they requested on their website which states: "Unlike some companies, we are not out to get you with our return policy. We just want you to be happy, while preventing the rare occasion of scammers. If you have any problems with your product at all just contact us and we will make it right! Email: [protected]@gmail.com"
I have also commented on the company's Facebook page. Floofy Pets has never answered my emails or my Facebook posts.
After I ordered the product on 3/19/20 and while the item was in transit, I sent an email on 4/09/20 to Floofy Pets asking why my item was taking so long to arrive. They IMMEDIATELY answered my email! Now that I'm asking to return my item with a refund, I am being ignored. It is now 4/30/20. Still no response.
Also, there was no phone number or address listed on the website. When I received my credit card statement, I called the number listed next to the transaction, and discovered it was an erroneous phone number.
My credit card company refunded my purchase. I suggest you save all your back-up information and dispute your charge with your credit card company. I will never order a product from a Facebook ad again - unless it is a national company, and in that case...I won't use the Facebook link...I'll go directly to the company's website to shop.

My daughter ordered one of their pooch packs on May 6th for me for Mother's Day and to date I have yet to receive. There is not any contact information on their site and the number on the credit statement is incorrect. Do NOT purchase from this company, they are a fraud!
I ordered in May and now it is the middle of September I have repeatedly emailed and got the response the first time that they are checking on it, but nothing since then and I have emailed numerous times, with no response at all. I am contacting my credit card company to see what they can help me do! I will never order from anything like this again! Why can’t something be done when there are this many complaints about a company! Unbelievable they can just keep doing this to people.
I ordered the pet carrier 4 months ago. Three weeks later I called back and they said due to Covid shipping is taking longer and allow 6 more weeks. Now I cannot get in touch with anyone. I will contact my credit card company .
I ordered in June and it is August and have not received anything. Did get a response from Zendesk letting me know they opened a ticket.
I have messaged them 3 times and no response.
So what do we do?
We can trash them on FaceBook and Instagram. I am going to contact my lawyer.
I ordered in June and emailed repeatedly nothing. Horrible company values.
Ordered on 5/30 and still not received my products. I have escalated to PayPal and am requesting a refund. No response from company to emails I have sent.
I ordered an item on 4/28/20. Since I had not received my item, I emailed them on 5/23/20 and they responded that same day: “Your order is on it’s way to you. Due to COVID-19 shipments are delayed worldwide so we thank you for your patience and understanding. Average shipping time has been about 35 days due to increased demand during this time. Rest assured, we are doing everything in our power to get it to you as soon as possible!“ I emailed them again on 6/20/20 and have not heard anything since. I have since emailed them demanding a refund and I still have not heard from them.
Hello, did you receive any confirmation email?
It is now January 15th 2021 and still have not received Time has passed and don’t know what to do
Ordered end of May. Credit card charged. No email of any kind regarding purchase or shipping. Countless emails to company with nothing but an automated reply.
I also ordered from them weeks ago and still no product but they took my money immediately. Emailed several times and tried chatting but received no response. No address and no phone number, my credit card was compromised almost immediately after ordering, wondering if they are in another country and posing as a company to steal credit card information.

Ordered 04/19/20 and no backpack received. The shipping number only says picked for pick up. I used PayPal, I’m screwed
