Seller wants to deal outside ebay
Bought product from ebay. Business phone doesn't work or is fictious. Long periods (about 48 hrs) where she doesn't answer the phone. Doesn't acceptable paypal.
Failure to deliver purchased item
I purchased a Viking stove from this seller on eBay, along with a range hood and backguard appropriate for said stove. I have yet to receive the appropriate backguard, almost 5 months after this seller took my payment. Incorrect merchandise was sent 3 months ago and seller has been unwilling to resolve the issue during that time frame. Seller/company representative Jane Pierre represented her business and merchandise as backed by Viking consumer warranty, but her business is not recognized by Viking as an authorized retailer. She fails to respond to email, and her phone is never answered regardless of time of day the number is dialed.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

have you given payment info yet? hope not and if not consider yourself lucky.. if so you may want to close a few accounts.. and QUICKLY... personally i have NEVER dealt with either company because of these horror stories.. too much negative to make it positive..
