Full refund.
This was given an ID#[protected] and I was told that the case has been closed due to you claiming you were happy with the response from WageWorks. I stated that I wasn't happy and wanted action taken against them due to the fact that they will not refund unused funds invested by me. I have contacted my U.S. Senator about this issue because I feel that this is a means of cheating hard working Americans out of funds that were either denied use and/or not being able to utilize them. I consider this fraud and needs to be revamped where we should be able to get refunds of unused funds, especially when we have retired. I told them I was more than willing to pay taxes on this, if need be, but they insist that I have basically lost it. I am filing this as theft of funds because that is what is, theft! Please, reopen this issue and let them know that these funds need to be reimbursed.
Unfair lending practices
The FSA is trying to take over the Ag industry by unfair lending practices. They are undercutting small banks, taking losses on loans and costing taxpayers money as a result. Small local banks are slowly seeing their business erode by 1000 cuts. FSA is also making deals with large food companies allowing them deals that smaller competitors cannot get making those companies uncompetitive and slowly driving them out of business. The government take over of the entire economy has to stop.

On July 19th I had a LG refrigerator delivered to my home. I purchased it at the JCPenny's in Winchester Virginia. The delivery people promised me they would not scratch my Brazilian Cherry floors. But they scratched them in several different places. I called Sedgwick and put in a complaint under claim #[protected]. I talked with a Pamela Tate. She gave me...

This company denies payment for legitimate medical services where a clinic has used my FSA card to collect for services rendered. This clinic visit took place in August, so unless I provide them with a statement from the clinic that shows private medical data, they deny the claim, and lock my account until I pay them. This has happened two years in a row. I am a nurse, where is my medical privacy. The company/ Trade Mark is called "My Spending Account", they have contracts with hundreds of companies, and this affects many I am sure. They are located in Florida, they have an "F" rating by the Florida B.B.B. In Orlando, but Aon Hewitt in Chicago owns this company. Just think of the hundreds of thousands of dollars they get to keep this way. They call it an overpayment and if I do not give them my clinic statement with my private medical information, then they will lock the spending account until one pays them back with after tax dollars, which always takes one into the new year. Two years in a row they have done this very same thing! I think this may violate privacy laws regarding medical information. I also intend to file a complaint with the federal government. Last year it was $110.00 and this year it is $13.42. I am sick of dealing with them and the "WE GOT YOU OVER A BARREL" mentality. I think it is fraud.
Date of visit to the clinic: August 2015
They denied my claim according to their representative on
11/16/2015. This representative from the FSA gave me this number [protected].
SCAM/Thiefs
I signed up for an FSA in 2013 during open enrollment, during that time I had copays on medications and visits that I thought I would be able to use the money for. However, when we changed Insurances I no longer had any co-pays so there was nothing at all to use the money on. I called Wage Works to ask if I could use it on over the counter medication, the answer was "not without a doctor script." I asked "well then what can I use this money on because I have no deductibles, no co-pays and medication is all free?" They replied "dentist visits." So before the end of the year came around, since it is a "use it or lose it" situation I went ahead and made an emergency visit with an orthodontist to get my cap that I had been needing for over a year and kept putting off because of money. Well, I went to the Dentist got the work done and went to pay and the machine kept rejecting it. So I called and spoke to someone to ask them how much I had in the account and they gave me a figure close to $400. I got off the phone and told the office to ring it up for exactly how much was on the card thinking that was why it kept getting denied and it still didn't work. GREAT! I had to end up putting it on a credit card that I was not planning on using. When I called Wage Works back to see what was wrong they told me my card had been deactivated on November 1, 2014 because I had separated from my previous employer! I took another job in the middle of October, it was not made clear to me that this would cause an issue with my FSA since it was my money that was vested into the account. Granted 2 months would have been owed to my employer which would have been only $40 not $400! Wage Works instructed me to call my employer to has out the issue with them. Of course I gave Wage Works a piece of mind because how can anyone KEEP YOUR MONEY THAT IS NOT THEIRS? I called my employer who told me that it is not them who is withholding the money it is Wage Works! So back to square one! I do not understand how it is legal to keep someone else's money that is not theirs? I've had issues with the HRA too in which they denied a claim that was a chargeable claim and kept the rest of money. How is this legal practice?
