Fraud
I ordered free trial of product from the company FT Natural Limited. I needed to pay only for postage, which was $6. I received the product, but I didn’t like it, and I haven’t made any other orders or subscribed for other products. The company charged my account for $90 in the end of the month. I sent emails and messages to the customer services, but I haven’t received any response from them. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Let’s share views about this website.
Never buy products from them
I bought some product from the company FT Natural Limited. They provided such trial, when I needed to pay only for postage, which was about $6. When I went to my account, it turned out that the company charged me for $100. I sent emails and tried to call. But the seller ignored my emails, and the phone was busy all the time. Maybe someone has any idea how to track this seller and return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.
This is the biggest rip off going. You order the free product and pay the shipping then you have to cancel in 21 days or you are charged the full price of the so called free product. I spoke to a representative and this is what he explained. I was incorrect in assuming I had 30 days to cancel however I am now out $202 just trying a FREE product. DON'T ever order anything from these people.
