FWM Labs Scam artists

I had order acai berry online and paid for a free trail. I recieved the free trail 10 days after my order, i had forgotten that i even ordered it. Then on the 20 i was charged $87.13 when i realized it that morning i called and had them cancel the order and i even have a cancellation number and they told me it would take 2 to 3 days to put the money back into my account and i called a week later because it was not in my account and the lady told me that it was going to take another 2 to 3 days and to call back. Well i called back and when i finally get through to someone the girl hung up on me, so then i call back and get a hold to another CSR and he transfers me to a "manager" and then i get to talking to him and he hangs up on me. What is going on! What's so funny is that when the CSR transferred me to a manager a girl named Sam answered then a guy name Sam answered! All i want is my money back if they keep this up i will be filling a lawsuit!

FWM Labs Acai Berry & Probiotic Clealnse

Acai Berry Order was not received and I cancelled. I was, however charged shipping and handling for product never received. I had also ordered Probiotic Cleanse and my account was charged $39.95. After a month of email chats with the support center, the product was finally received and it was actually mailed to me locally in Oregon. By this time I had given up on the item ever arriving and/or getting my account credited. I didn't bother to return the Probiotic Clelanse and having figured out that the company was not trustworthy, I saw no point in spending more money to send it back. I tried the pills but the result was very negative and painful as I had stomach pains so bad that I had to take to my bed. Please do what you can to keep others from falling for the "free trial" advertisements of these items. I don't want anyone else to be taken in. The run around I got from this company's support center for about 4 weeks was unbelievable. At least this taught me a lesson. Thank you I live in Portland, OR. My email is: m.[protected]@yahoo.com

FWM Labs unauthorized charges

On 6/29/09, I went on line and read what I thought was testimonials from people in my town raving about Acai berry detox and Colon Cleanser. So I called for the free trial bottles and was responsible for only 99 cents for the Acai Berry detox and $4.95 for the colon cleanser. When the company called to verify my order, I said that I had ordered it and was waiting for them to arrive. Two days later, I went online to do my banking and noticed that I had been charged $39.95 for Lifecleanse, something I new nothing about, and had certainly not order or authorized anyone to debit my account for this amount. I used the customer service number and did get a representative on the phone and she gave me instructions about how to return and get a refund on the product I had been charged for. I did receive the product, and put the RMA(authorization code) on the package, just as I was told. All I had to do now was wait for my refund. Yesterday, July 16th, I was checking my bank account, and noticed another charge for $83.95 from a web site (Eatdieting.com). When I went to the website to see what this was about and who to contact, it said that it was a part 2 of a Acai Berry Program. Thinking this was part of the original trial I had ordered, I contacted the customer service representative and she said that I had canceled all orders and this was not part of their program. So I asked to speak to her supervisor and he basically told me the same thing. I figured I had gotten scammed and figured I would just have to put up with the loss. But while I had him on the phone, I asked about the refund I was told I would receive from the Lifecleanse that I had returned, and was told that because I had "Refused" the package (even though I had followed the customer service reps instructions and put the RMA number on the package) I would not get a refund because the company would not process a package. I would have had to open the package and then re-wrapped the bottle and then put the RMA number on the package and paid postage to return it, then they would have received my package and have given me my money back. I was outraged and asked for his name and his employee ID number so that I could contact my lawyer with this information and he gave it all to me. Well, low and behold, 2 hours later, I get this e-mail and it says that a refund for the $39.95 has been issued and should show up in my account in 5 to 7 business days. The e-mail also had this website for me to contact with any other concerns. My concern is, I am wondering if I will receive my first refund, could I possibly receive the $83.95, especially since have not even received any product for this amount of money. From reading other complaints, I realize that I need to contact the BBB in my state and once I have this complaint filed, maybe I have a chance to get all my money back from these scam artists. I would appreciate any help you can give me and would be grateful to get my hard earned money back.

Guys just a tip, this is just a marketing strategy.. since this is a on line transaction there are terms and conditions that they follow and even refund and exchange policies. But there's a advantage for you, sign up for an account and then cancel the subscription right away after signing up. Then the product will be free for a month supply just pay shipping and handling fee of the product. just make sure you cancel your account within 15days from the day you sign up the account. It would be a little bit hard to connect to their customer support hotline because they are receiving a lot of calls everyday. I used to work as a customer service representative with this company. But I already resigned month ago. so my advice is keep on signing up and get a lot of product, you can even sell them if you want to.. there are few people who make money by doing this.. haha good luck guys..

Seems like you've gone through a lot since signing up for a free trial of acai berry detox. Hope my suggestion would help. When I tried to stop these orders, I called [protected]. It took me awhile but I never gave up. On my third try, I talked to an operator who made sure my account was inactivated.

oh i forgot to mention, , it looks like when this company gets in real hot water, they take down the website, and creat yet another one, same product just a different name.. and also if you tell the cc # or bank to block a certain amount, they just try to take out a different amount and use credit vs debit or vice versa. ..

contact BBB for all refunds, it will be a mircle if this company gives you a dime back on your cc # ... I advise to cancel your cc # and try to get another one, this company will continue to take money from your account, it doesnt matter if its today, tommorrow, or weeks from now.

You didn't mention on your report what went through when you ordered Avai Berry products online. It is usual among consumers to miss canceling their orders within the trial perio which leads them to pay additional amounts. To stop this as soon as possible, call [protected]. They won't hung up on you on this helpline.

FWM Labs Reservatrol Ultra

DITTO to all the other complaints. Identical unauthorized charges. Per Citycards, have a number complaints. Apparently, the small print after ordering the "FREE" sample, shows that they will charge if order is not canceled within 5 days. Cancel and get cancellation number then call your card company IMMEDIATELY and have them stop payment! Let's all write to the Attorney General of our state. How come the US gov. has not stopped this abuse? Let them know.Where are all the attorneys how normally jump on every case that might bring the $$$$?

Before going to the Attorney General, why not make a call to fwm? The no.is [protected]. I used to be an acai berry customer. The helpline I gave is authentic. Friendly operators on the line.

FWM Labs Acai Berry Detox capsules

I ordered acai berry detox capsules from FWM Labs from an ad on the internet and was only supposed to pay $2.00 for shipping. No where did I see a contract obligating me to accept further orders. When I received my credit card statement there was a charge on there from FWM for $87.13. I reluctantly paid for this but on 5/5/09 I received another bottle of the capsules. I immediately called the company and they said I could cancel my subscription but to call back in two or three days to see if it had gotten through and if I could be reimbursed for the latest shipment. I will do this but have my doubts whether I will be able to get any satisfaction let alone a refund. After reading of so many complaints against this company it really scares me that I will continue to be billed for this on a monthly basis. What can a person do? It sounds like a lot of us are in the same boat here. This lab should be shut down. By the way, I took one of the capsules and it made me sick! Dolores Pruett

I agree with Josie, this company is a scam! I tried calling for days after they stuck me for 139.97 on my card! Of course nobody answered, but you could hear plenty of horrible, broken, garbled music. Funny how after the 10 day trial to freely cancel period was over, they picked up the phone. Seems I am stuck till July! Do Not Get Involved with this Co.
I think they are working out of a tool shed or a garage.

By the way I have to disagree the product does not make you sick unless you do not follow the directions which a lot of us don't because we jump the gun in trying something new. FDA would not allow it on the market.

Don't get too affected by the posts made by other people because their still solution to your problem. All you need to do is call [protected]; tell the representative that you want your subscription to be canceled. Don't forget to get your confimation no. Believe me about this, I was also an acai berry subscriber before.

I too got suckered into this scam. I ordered the 2 free trial bottles at $3.95 each. I received only one bottle but my account was debited twice, plus two additional international service charges of $.12 each. Today, 1-5-09, I checked my bank account and found two $87.13 charges. I called [protected] and after about 5 minutes of holding, I talked with someone named Kyle who said that he would cancel the subscription (was not aware of any subscription) and take the two $87.13 charges from my account. He tried to rush me off the phone without giving me a confirmation number, so I asked for it. I hope this takes care of the problem and I will be watching my account carefully for any additional charges.

I, too, was scammed when I ordered Acai. I phoned BofA who told me that I had to wait 30 days after I "refused" the last shipment. I exlained that I could not get through to FWM via email, phone or website, but BofA had a site; www.myorderhelp.com. I went to the site and cancelled my memebership. We'll see if this works.

Please keep your credit card information confidential. Always. Have you made any purchases in the internet before? There is a possibility that someone stole your credit card number and used for their own spending. Anyway, contact again FWM at this no. [protected]). Make it clear to them that you didn't order for their product first of all.

FWM Labs Acai

I am hoping to provide some assistance with regards to this scam. I too have been a victim of this company and am still in the process of fixing the whole mess. FWM is a very bad thing.

I ordered a trial of ACAIBURN from the website (acaiburn.com) and received a order confirmation via email.
Few days later, received an envelope with NOTHING in it except for a bottle that now says Acai Berry Detox. For starters, this is not the bottle i saw on the site and the wrong name and was billed with all the multiple charges including foreign transaction fees within 2 days of receiving the trial stuff. I called the Acai burn company and got someone right away but they said, they have not shipped me anything yet because of address issues and when i checked the order cofm, it had the wrong address and then a rep said that i was not the first and they found out from their IT that their system was being tapped into and it automatically overrides into FMW when you order. FWM is so sneaky that they actually modify the address( i confirmed this because i saved my initial order request and everything was correct)on Acai burn and keep the correct address for themselves.
I called my bank immediately and i dealt with claims department.
Here's is what you have to do especially for WAMU customers
Call your bank( for WAMU [protected]

THIS COMPANY IS FULL OF SCAM ARTISTS! They have tons of products, I ordered the Acai Elite, and was ripped off continually month after month when I was not able to cancel my product. I could NEVER get in touch with their customer service. They are commonly known as FWM Labs or FWM Laboratories, but FWM i found out stands for Firewater Media. Fullfillment...
