Gabriel Torrecampo and Pam Caoili GABRIEL TORRECAMPO AND PAM CAOILI

I was surprised when I saw all these complaints for Prime Contact Solutions in this site.
I was not aware that some people from this company would be brave to state what is happening in this company.
I would say I was one of their pioneer employee . I experienced bad and worse things you would experience in a call center / job.
They don't think of their employees, all they think is how they can gain profit for their business. yes, you are right.. they don't pay taxes even for their employees. REALLY worse for a business..

Relationship of Pam and Gabriel Torrecampo? I'm not surprised with this story. Gabriel Torrecampo (Prime's CEO) and Pam Caoili ( Prime's manager), for me are really having an indicent and wrong relationship. But I don't have any business to do with their relationship. It's up to them.

I also heard about a sexual harrasment thing done by Mr Gabriel Torrecampo with his personal secretary before. I didnt believe on that rumor back then, but when I had the chance to chat and spoke with this girl. She really admitted that Mr Gabriel Torrecampo tried to abuse her. That's the reason why she suddenly resigned from the company.

Pam Caoili..I can say this girl is a two-faced person.She is very harsh and bad to her agents. All she wants and thinks is MONEY! What i heard is they have a client now which she always asked for money for favors. She even had borrowed money from her previous agents which she didnt pay. She would say sweet things to you to impress you... and that's it. You'll get bad and worse things when she's at your back then.

I also heard that the relationship of Mr Torrecampo and Pam started when Pam borrowed an amount of P50, 000 for her new condo unit. By the way, Mr Torrecampo is a married and Pam just acts like a mistress then.

Let me also share a story, It's really weird. When Mr Torrecampo himself caught Pam Caoili having sex with an I.T guy named ROLANDO PALEA also known as "PAPOY" in their own I.T room. Bad for Mr Torrecampo, bad as well for the office... as it acts now as a motel for Pam and Papoy!

Well, there are still lot of things to be said...about this company.. but I'll stop here...I'll let the other people from this company... speak up!

I never harassed or involved to subordinate or employee in my entire career.
To my detractors, you and your family and the generation after you shall will never succeed in life, if you continue doing the same to innocent people.

Gabriel Torrecampo and Pam Caoili Prime Contact Solutions

I'm here to complain about how Prime Contact Solutions plays with it's employees.

This call center is running for almost 2 years. They Don't pay taxes and have a very bad management. They always have their salary for their employees DELAYED!. They can fire you out of their office anytime they want. They even run scam accounts before.

The relationship between their CEO Mr Gabriel Torrecampo and his mistress their Office Manager Pam Caoili dictates everything in the office.

Imagine how Pam Caoili treats her agents. If an agent didn't hit her or his goal for the day. Be ready to clean up the balcony and pick those mess and trash.That's one example only of how they treat their employees. Im even confused why she had that position. First of all, she got no enough experience in this kind of industry . She don't even know how to speak CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH!. I remember one time when I was told that all the agents and T.L's as well that she handled walked out of the office because of her bad attitude. Mr Gabriel Torrecampo had a meeting with his employees, but still done nothing. He still stick with her mistress's influence.

By the way, Mr Gabriel Torrecampo also had a case of sexual harrassment for her ex-secretary. Bad reputation for a well-known businessman huh. With Pam Caoili aslo having relationship with their I.T guy and an operation manager.

These things should stop not their personal lives but with how they treat and manipulate their people.

Also Prime Contact Solutions had filed for Bankcrupcy, but I still wonder why they are still operating? Do BIR and other government depatment check this?

BEWARE MR TORRECAMPO, YOUR WIFE MIGHT KNOW EVERYTHING SOON.

I am also one of the victim of Ms.Pam caoili.Me and some of my officemates victim of her corrupt and scam way of manipulation.I was shocked and amazed, pam is so very kind to us for the 1st week of our duty, but for the days past bye and until the payroll is approaching she tend to absent and keep on promises that we should wait the text for the salary, until now we havnt receive our salary..###ing[censored] she is!we should file the case against her.!

I remember hearing about this, hahaha... Well Pam doesn't know anything about improving performance so I guess this is all she came up with. I remember when she asked me how to compute for SPH - AN OUTBOUND CALL CENTER MANAGER WHO DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO COMPUTE FOR SPH! I guess they'll promote anyone these days... Hahaha!
