gemb lending inc. unauthorized charge through my checking account

They made a electronic check transaction through my checking due to they have all of my information on their computer because I make our motorhome payments over the phone. I ask for them to pay back the transaction because it was not authorized. With this happening it put my account on negative and I was charged with multiple over drafts through our checking acct. They said they would look into it and two days passed. Then they finally called me back.I resent the additional charges from my bank . Because with it being negative they charge everyday.Only to hear that they lost the conversation of not to authorize this transaction and are only willing to mail me a check back, which will take 2-3 days and they are not going to take care of any over drafts on my account. This was very dissappointing only because we live check to check and barely making it. Now we are stuck with charges of 100+ on my account. This affects my family of 7 and it is very upsetting that they were not about to correct their mistake.
I have my bank statement.

I HAVE AN RV FINANCED WITH GEMB LENDING, PREVIOUSLY THOR CREDIT CO. I MAKE MY PAYMENTS OVER THE PHONE AND NOW WHEN I CALL EVERY NUMBER I CAN FIND FOR THIS COMPANY THEY ARE ALL DISCONNECTED. TODAY, SUNDAY MORNING AT 8AM I GET A PHONE CALL FROM AND UNKNOWN CALLER SAYING HE WAS FROM GEMB AND WANTED TO MAKE MY PAYMENT NOW OVER THE PHONE WITH HIM. I TOLD HIM...

gemb lending inc. lost check and bad customer service

Gemb lending inc. has horrible customer service. I have been making my payments on time for my rv loan for over seven years. I recently seen my credit report and it showed late payments on my account. I found out over two years ago they lost a check I sent, always to the same address. I now have over $700 in late fees. I was never sent a statement or called about the late fees. I tried to call customer service but because I have filled bankrupcy in the past I am not allowed to talk to customer service, they tranfer me to the bankrupcy department who never awnsers the calls.

Trying to get a title or lein release on an RV that was paid off in 2010. I will have to get an attorney so I can get my title.

I also have had trouble getting information about my account status. Today, however, I called them at [protected] and after attempting to use the automated system (it didn't recognize my account) I pressed "O" and almost immediately was connected with a pleasant customer service rep. She told me there is no way to check anything online. She is sending me a statement showing last 6 payments and running balance and I should receive it by FAX within 6 to 8 weeks. I am dissatisfied with the customer service, however the interest rate is good (5%) and if I live to the final payoff (20 year loan on motorhome) I'll see if I ever get the title.

GEMB may be the worst compony I have ever worked with. Very bad customer service, worst I have ever delt with. Wrote large check to pay off loan, they told me they had to wait 30 days to make sure check cleared before they sent title. 23 days after they got my check they reported my account ove due. I called and said you cashed my check 23 days ago, how is my account over due? They said until all funds clear they stick to compony policy and reported my account over due. Asked why they never had to wait 30 days on payments and they had no answer just kept saying compony policy. If possilbe DO NOT USE GEMB please trust me!

I submit my payment every month on time, or just after the due date. For the past two years, I have asked when they are going to allow payments to be made online. They keep telling me, we're working on it". Seriously, for two years. All the major lenders have the capabilities to allow consumers to pay online, but for some unknown reason, they can't get it done. I live in California and have to send payment to Florida. TODAY, they call and ask if my payment has been made, which I stated "yes". They have done this before, but this time they asked where the the trailer is being stored. I did not supply them with that information, because it's obvious that if I get behind, there going to take the trailer. Once I pay off my travel trailer, GEMB Lending will never see business from me again.

I am finished with GEMB. Made my last payment earlier this month and have already received the title in the mail!

I'm not exactly sure why everyone has so many issues with this company, but I have seen a simliar theme for most part... Technology is not your forte. And that is OK. But, doing things within the 21st century is not a bad thing. I know someone took your identity. I know someone muddled through your mail. I know X did Y and so on... But there is a certain amount of self prejudice here. My wife was involved with a stolen identity several years ago. We noticed it, squashed it, learned from it, moved on from it.

BillPay, electronic bills, staying on top of your credit, etc... Who the heck has to pay 10.25%?!?! I had a 'decent' credit score and was only paying 6.99% on the note. The person who makes 1 year of payments at a time, don't... They can only accept 6 months, only do 6 months. In fact, setup BillPay to send a month at a time and put the rest of the money in an interest bearing account.

I could go on forever, but I actually don't want to. Just realize that they aren't the worst thing out there. Take some responsibility and stay on top of things in your life. I know you didn't seek out GEMB to finance your product, but that's where it is apparently. If you don't like it, feel free to shop your debt out and rectify the situation.

We're paying 10.25% and for the past 4 years only paid off $3, 500. We had to use it to live in. If you find an address, please post it!

I just want an address where we can return our RV that we used for our work. We paid for two years (7% interest) and of $16000+ they only applied $2000.00 on the principal!

I am tired of talking to them. My father lives in the RV that we have financed with them. He has made the payments since day one. I am filing personal bankruptcy and am trying to avoid him losing the RV. They will not let him assume the loan or REFI. I told them that they would be getting the RV back at a loss and was told quote "you do what you have to do." end quote. Stone cold a$$holes there...
