Healthy Online Services Acaci Berry supplement

I had ordered Acaci Berry several months ago. I called to cancel my order. I received a letter dated April 3, 2010 demanding $124.95. I have never received any other product. After being charged an enormous amount I called my bank, unfortunately, I had to pay the debited amount. However, I was advised to cancel my Bank of America debit card and get a new one.

What recourse do I have as this is a total scam?

Healthy Online Services Acai Berry Breeze

I received a letter stating my account was active and they attemped to charge my credit card but they was declined. I ordered Acai Berry Breeze in 2009 and returned their shipment. I also called and was on the phone waiting for hours. I told them to cancel my account. Here it is 2010 and they want to collect $133.95 from me. I am not happy with this company and I am going to call BBB. Please help me if you can. Thanks

I had the same thing happen. I ordered in 2009 and canceled the product as per terms and agreement. In April 2010 I received the same letter. I called the number I used to cancel, they told me to disregard the letter. As of Dec. 2009 Healthy Online Services no longer had anything to do with Acia Berry Breeze. When I called HOS back to tell them, they wanted to dispute it. I promptly informed them I would sue them for $10, 000, 000.00 if this showed on my credit report. Then I realized they didn't have my ssn. Thats when I told them where they could put their letter. I suggest you try the same thing. What could it hurt. The man I talked to at Acia Berry Breeze was Honduran his name was Osirus. The phone number to him is [protected].
