Home Gallery Stores Damaged product delivered

I purchased a two piece china buffet cabinet and the bottom base board part of the top cabinet is bent. The middle curves down and the sides curve up making the cabinet unstable and slides with minimal force. I tried to contact HGS and they originally said the “manufacturer” offered me $150 reimbursement for the damage which I thought was insulting considering I paid almost $2000 for the product and now it looks terrible and is unsafe. After going back and forth they said they ordered a replacement and covered all shipping costs and let me know when it will be shipped out. Then a few days later I get an email from the account manager saying I will have to pay $399 shipping plus any extra charges. Now I’ll have to pay an extra $400+ on top of the original amount to get a good quality product. Overall process and transaction has been terrible. Don’t waste your time and go somewhere else that stands behind their products and cares about customer satisfaction.

Home Gallery Stores Sofa

"buyer beware! home gallery stores has some scam going on! i ordered online a sofa on aug 24, to assure that i would receive it after i closed on my new condo the week of 10/24. I was assured that it would. Obviously, i would understand if it went past by a few days due to unforseen circumstances. The sofa was confirmed in stock and has been in stock each time i checked since ordered, so there was no reasonable reason for delay. I received an email from the shipping company that it would arrive 11/3-11/15, but that is subject to change, too. When i was told there was no guarantee it would be by 11/15, i finally decided that this was not acceptable and i would order from a more reliable company. I also reached out to tov furniture, the manufacturer, and while they were symnpathetic and agreed this was so wrong, they couldn't help me. So, i reordered a sofa from a company that is delivering this week. Now, to add insult to injury, home gallery stores is charging me a fee to cancel! yes!, you read that right! they are robbing me of $530.! for shipping (which i never received?!?!?!?) and "restocking fee"."

I ordered a fireplace from HomeGalleryStores.com for $2782 and they billed my credit card immediately. I didn't receive any order confirmation email but the website indicated that I should expect 6-8 weeks for delivery. I waited over 3 months and still no delivery, I called the company numerous times to get an expected delivery date, but they never return...

Home Gallery Stores UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES - AND SAYING I SIGN A CONTRACT THAT I DIDNT SIGN

I purchased a bed from home gallery stores. The payment plan I worked out was a monthly payment plan. The person I talked to was on the phone with me as we picked out the best plan for me. My payment was suppose to be 121 a month for a two year contract. Home gallery stores is now going in my account taking money from me that I did not authorize. They are saying I suppose to pay bi-weekly and that is not true. I would never agree to pay 242 dollars a month for a mattres and box spring for a total of 1600 dollars. They keep sending me threatening letters and taking unauthorized payments. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. PLEASE INVESTIGATE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE RUNNING SCAMS ON PEOPLE.

Home Gallery Stores Unethical and Disrespectful

I have never been so disgusted by a business before. I clicked on the website after a great price came up for an item I had been looking for, the item was over $1500 so when I went to check out, I was prompted to call and get an even lower price, I should've know something was wrong then. When I called I spoke with a lady name Sheryl who emailed me a quote with a savings of almost $400! However, when I clicked on the link within this email, the price jumped to almost $1700! I was extremely frustrated so I called and was told someone would call me back! Two days later I called again and spoke with Lee (the founder's son) who claims to be the president but clearly this is only because he was born into it, this man has no business sense whatsoever and actually told me it's a mistake that happens several times a month, I explained to him that that was not acceptable and this man, the president of the company said to me well maybe I should buy from them because my expectations are too high and the quanlity will not be up to my standard and I would probably return it anyway! What idoit says that! Way to run a business Lee, you are right though, I will take my high expectations to a real company! A couple dollars in savings is definitely not worth it, stay far away from the idoit and his shady company!

This company is a rip off. I bought a sofa and 2 chairs and they charged me 5x the retail price. When I called them to get a refund or exchange, they were RUDE AND IGNORANT. According to the PENNSYLVANIA UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICES AND CONSUMER PROTECTION LAW, Notice of Cancellation, §201-7, you have a legal right to cancel within 3 days following the day of your purchase. They are GHETTO and prey on consumers. Do not spend your money there. You can get your furniture less expensive EVERYWHERE else. The furniture is cheap quality. SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Or, before you buy from this company, go online and research the price to be sure you are not getting ripped off.

This company is very dishonest and unethical. I ordered $3000 worth of furniture from the Home Gallery Stores website and they charged my credit card within 24 hours. Months later, no delivery and no status update of when I would receive my furniture. They refused to give me a date as to when the furniture would be delivered. They also refused to give me a refund and are now claiming that they need more money to complete my order since their costs have gone up since my order was placed. This company is a complete scam, do NOT order from Home Gallery Stores!

I surfed, got a price and called it in. One of their stores opened right around the corner. If I picked it up, no shipping and all that. I met a girl there and we just talked while doing paper work, she thought I was financing the deal. She went to the back and called me in a few minutes later. Nice office. We were the only two in the store. She went after me and gave the best, something I can't print. Manual release. We then went back to the front, I was blown away. I paid her cash and she took me to the back, a buddy waiting for me helped load up, and I drove away. I would probably shop here again, but I think the odds of the same outcome are nill.
