Ever since Viresh came to iBASEt (The IT Director Jasdeep Mann brought him and he joined as an employee in Management team), bad reviews started flowing on

internet.

Viresh a.k.a. Kali Mirch, used to deploy non branded / pirate hardware as a measure to cut costs in his previous company Dana. He started having monthly

meetings with the HR and other Department Heads in which few people are chosen(Mostly from HR) to write good reviews about the company and him in order to

avoid bad publicity. Viresh even went to the extent of investigating the IP addresses of all employees who have given negative feedback on internet. He even

approached Glassdoor office with a legal notice to remove all these posts - HA HA, Glassdoor told him to shut his mouth!

Alright, now let's talk about some of his interesting achievements:

* Viresh has completed the construction of his 3 story house and second house is under construction - Do you wonder where all this money come from! Let me

give you an example - one of the recruitment agencies used for hiring employees in iBASEt-India belong to a close contact of Viresh Shah

* He bought the fortuner car by taking interest free loan from the company(no other employee has this facility) and then started using his car to pick up

guests from airport. Slowly, he spread the word that this car now belongs to the company since it is also used for company purposes, and started claiming

for all the expenses of the car like maintenance, petrol etc.

* He has purchased private number cars for the company and those cars and the drivers are used to ferry his family members to malls, schools etc.

* He always busy in watching porn movie in his cabin but pretending to all like he is super busy.

* You can often spot him staring at female employees and having long talks with them. Actually, he is a pervert.

Now, after reading this you must be wondering, what is he still doing in the company.

Here is the answer to your pertinent question - HQ office in California, runs all the business in India. They have given him a fancy title of Director but

even an Associate in HQ is more valuable and powerful than him. Worst worrying thing is that Viresh cover his blunder by saying lesson learned When he

makes a mistake, Imaging How Brainless HQ Management are. they are giving him 85 Lakh INR Package to him for Learn the lesson .

Replace 'e' by 'u'... Yes, you are right! He is a virus! He is the worst person I have never seen in my life! No vision, no ethics, no management,

Viresh is worse than the lowest people of society such as criminals, drug mafia, prostitutes and pimps. Those elements of society do wrong things due to lack of money, lack of education or lack of family values. But this [censored] have all the good things that life has to offer - good money, good education and good families. Still he does all the wrong things just to satisfy his stupid egos while his entire vertical is watching him. So yes, he is actually worse than prostitutes and pimps.

This is a truly awful place to work. Viresh fosters an incredibly sexist and inappropriate environment for women. The heart of this horrible place is the director viresh shah and the blame culture he fosters. He always live in fear for his jobs and so will do everything in his power to make sure his fault should not be seen. After creating problem to employees he always says that the ceo or cfo has done it he is on the employee side.

The security guards would have been much better in managing the company. He should now spare ibaset and join politics, that's the best place for him as he believes only in minting money through unfair methods 'ghaple. If you're a reasonable person (or a woman) and expect respect from your management, ibaset is not for you. Sexual harassment and bullying are right at the core of this organisation. The ceo and leadership team turn a blind eye, but are often part of the problem. Ibaset is shrinking day by day and if ibaset want to save then should remove viresh right now, otherwise it is too late.

Even after all complaints, Viresh Shah/Director of iBASEt India Software Pvt. Ltd. have not changed. The Director is as arrogant as ever and continues insulting, abusing and threatening his employees as if he is untouchable. Keeps telling everyone " Main sabka baap hun". Calls his employees "Bhenchod" "Madarchod" "Chutiye" "Gandu" without care (even to females), creates fights among employees by instructing the senior employees to harass the junior employees and some senior employees follow his instructions and fight with their juniors.

He keeps threatening employees that he will follow them to their grave and make sure they are not employed anywhere if they quit his organisation. Recently he has started taking signature of employees on a bond and taken signed blank cheque from them in case they quit. This is illegal in India but he doesn't care. He got a TDS notice for 3 years by the Income tax Department asking him details if he has paid last 3 years tax.

He "trains" his Admin, HR and Account Department to take bribe from Vendor . He teaches them to lie and attract Vendors by offering Business if they give him commission. Recently Director got advance from a company worth crores. Actually he used that money to pay off his old loans.He Know that he cannot deliver anything in future Thats why He is planning to wrap up this company and start a new company soon in Pune with a new name to cover his blunders.

He has a habit of threatening his employees that he will hold their salaries and that he will humiliate and throw them out in front of everyone. He himself has so many police complaints against him for molestation of female employees, yet he keeps a close eye on personal lives of his employees as to which male employee is close to which female employee and himself likes to create controversy and shout at the employees concerned about it. I think in his mind he in the pre-British era and not yet matured to the modern times. He is 45 years old yet likes to tell everyone he is in his 30s. No lady is ready to talk with him because of his daily binge drinking and violent behavior. He has a very big paunch and looks extremely ugly with his wrinkled face and stupid hair with french beard style. yet he thinks of himself as very handsome and very muscular.

I hope he is taken to task someday and someone takes proper action and he gets the just rewards for playing with so many employees' lives and careers so far.

Country Manager/Viresh is a dumb. He should first learn from other top management people how to treat employees. Its exactly like a school and you will be treated as a school student . For each and every silly thing you have to stand in front of Country Manager, others have no power. HR/Sneha Fidelis is one of the dumbest person, she will be hiding at the back of Country Manager.HR doesn't know A and B of HR dept functions, if you approach HR she will ask you to meet the Country Manager. then why the hell HR dept is existing. Let the psychic Country Manager can be designated as HR manager/PM/PL/Office boy/House keeping what ever dept exists in the company. One of the most irritating thing is at the end of every day you have to submit a task report to your manager, If you miss one day you will be screwed.HR dept peoples will treat you like a slave and they will threaten you for each and everything.As the manager she want to save herself she will shake her head for whatever the Country Manager says.She always keeps on flattering by saying bosh... bosh... to County manager every time. Never seen a HR like this

The company is run by two Intolerant and immature people(Country Manager and HR) Those who do not have the strength to bear their criticism
If someone dares to talk about their rights in front of them, then those people count it wrong behavior infront of upper management and given fake picture of the situation
in order to satisfy their personal ego they have Started humiliating innocent people.They forced them to sign on apology letter. this is really embarrassing and ridiculous.This reflects their low and sick mentality
