IMPERIAL VISAS ARE A VERY DUBIOUS COMPANY.
they told me on the phone i was elligible for something i was not elligible. THEY MADE FALSE PROMISES OF SUCESS BEFORE THEY EVEN CHECKED MY DOCUMENTS AND ASKED FOR MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS.
i contacted the home office who told me I have been badly advised. they took my deposit over the phone, gave me a name of a case worker and every time i have tried to contact the case worker the phone rang out.
the case worker doesnt seem to exist anymore after you gave them the credit card details, they just dont asnwer the phone. They put you under a lot of pressure to give them your credit card details on the phone before they even asess your documents to see if you have any chance of getting a visa but after you gave them the credit card details you have problems contacting people in their office and they try to drag time as much as possible.
i have cancelled my card which i have used for the initial payment so they cannot use it again as I believe them to be very dubious by the way they operate.
they want you to pay a deposit before you even signed a contract with tHem and they want you to sign a contract with them even before you have assesed your documents and if after signing the contract they discover you dont have enough documents to support a visa application or you are not elligible for what they told you on the phone you are in order to sign a contract then they refuse to refund you and they want you to pay full fees for them telling you on the phone you are not elligible even though you have never been to their office or never submitted any documents.
beware of the sales agent who would say anything to get you to sign a contract and when it proves that what he told you is wrong and the case worker does not agree with what he told you after that you are supposed to pay full fees for the case worker telling you that the advice by the sales agent was wrong. it is completely unethical.

Really bad company. I was charged 1500 for my fast track visa service and it got dissapproved. It was complete incompetence of imperial visas case worker. Ive complained to the governing body. dont waste your time. www.imperialvisas.com claim to be a good company but they cheated me out of my money. im writing this bad review so other people know why they are a bad company. i saved for a long time for this now i have to pay someone else to fix what they did wrong. im really angry

As soon as you ask him for some complicated questions he is unable to answer. PAid a consultation and did not get correct advice - had to go to another lawyer to get proper advice.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY
Bad company - No sense of customer service - just after money and as soon money is paid they dont even contact you for months

I'm disgusted with this organisation, I've been scammed out of 1200 pounds sterling. I entered my info for an assessment just out of curiosity, and when they called back they told me anything I wanted to hear, they said they process our visa for us, they get us our jobs, they help find apartments, they help us move our dog with us..
After they got our money I was told that the only service they are supposed to provide us with is information. As if I would pay 1200 pounds for something I could easily google!
After months of my asking for help and some money back and going to my lawyer I'm now in the process of going through the small claims court where I have been assured we are promptly to get everything sorted. All this money that I could have used in my new country, thrown away. There are SO many warning reviews online warning people against them now, but when i did this there were none. PLEASE take my advice, they dont answer emails or phone calls after you pay them, its like they disappear. When i finally did get one on the phone i cried and cried and they just told me there was nothing they could do, id paid money and had no way to prove what he had told me on the phone when i signed up.
Embarrassingly, I left myself without enough money for food just to know I was secure in the visa process. Turns out all they did for me was go on Kijiji (job website) and forwarded me 2 links total and told me to try applying for the 2 jobs. I could have done that in 2 mins myself, but thats all they ever did for us. Which if anything was worse than doing nothing.
Imperial Visas are rubbish.

I applied for a Work Permit through Imperial visas only to find out I was qualified - I asked for a refund only to find that they helped their selves to my money as they kept my card details - they have now taken another £2000 in fees. When they had taken all the money they told me that I no longer qualify for the Visa due to changes in Immigration laws, and that I was not entitled to a refund since it wasnt their fault that the changes were effected.
WHAT A LOAD OF BULL. Im currently going through the courts and taking Imperial visas to court.
They people are very fraudulent.

Imperial Visas is a criminal organization that practices highway e-robbery.
Me and my wife were interested in visiting the U.K. We called Imperial Visas to ask them general questions about what we may need in order to go there. They told us to make a deposit of £500, and they would connect me to a experienced case manager the next day, and if we decided we would like them to get the visa for us, they would charge us the full £1000, but if we decided against it, they would refund our money. They never refunded our money and took all the money we had. They are a fraud company. Please be advised these crooks are not to be trusted.

This is a fake company. My consultant Arran Abrahams and vaibhav tanwar took our money and never delivered the services. He is a liar just like IMPERIAL VISAS ARE LIARS.

They got my visa rejected as their case worker did not check my documents properly for the maintenance and accommodation. They can appeal on the matter as they are registered as level 1 with OISC.
My name is Ivanna Natanchuk Kumar my husband was on DLA and they did not have any knowledge on how to do the case. if anyone is having the same problem with them please contact me so that we can complaint against this crook company.
Disgusting company, don't do anything whole heartedly apart from cheat you out your hard earned money. I will be reporting this firm to the OISC and taking legal action against them.

Never, ever in my life have I come across such an incompetent bunch of people, who are paid to provide 'professional and expert help' on matters of immigration. It is all lies and they are complete scammers who have absolutely NO IDEA how the UK Home Office/Border Agency works and certainly are no help what so ever in assisting one secure any sort of visa. The ONLY thing they were quick to do was to take my money! I ended up doing all the paper work myself as everything they (apparently) checked and sent off to be reviewed was rejected by the Home Office. Applying for a visa is a very stressful process and when I hired imperial Visas to help with my application for a Tier 2 sponsorship visa, they added to my stress level 10 fold. None of my phone calls were ever returned and I would have to call a number of times to get the most basic of questions answered. Every time I did eventually get through to some useless case worker, they said they would have to call the Home Office to find out the answer.
Here is a massive tip people reading this and thinking about employing an immigration company (esp this corrupt company):- all advice from the Home Office is free, so save yourself £2, 500 and just call them instead. They always answer the phone when you call, you can call as much as you want and you always receive the correct information.
Please, whatever you do, DO NOT USE this company - they will be no assistance at all in helping you get a visa.
