Insiders Betting Digest Unwanted magazines delivered

I am getting magazines in my deceased mother's name from this company and my mother has been deceased for the last 4 years I don't know how to get her removed off of their list and I don't know who put her name on their list. This is very upsetting!

Desired outcome: That they stop sending me these magazines

Insiders Betting Digest unwanted magazine

Interesting... A few hours ago, I posted a comment on how to remove one's name from their mailing list - and saw another comment with similar instructions - and now they are both gone. Anyway, I googled around and found that the parent company is BetUs.com. I found the "contact us" and emailed customer service. They responded within 24 hours and assured me my name would be removed. The address is:
[protected]@BetUS.com

I considered this site for betting but when I got the football publication, they messed up and forgot to show week 18 for each team. Oops!

The company that sends this is actualy BetUS.com and they have numerous offices. One of them is in Vancouver BC being run under the name of H Street Media and are located at:

Suite 300
1286 Homer Street
Vancouver, BC
V6B 2Y5

This is a fact and you can ask for Mike Foreman directly to lodge your complaint as he runs this entire program, it's totally illegal and they know it.

Thanks for the info Cathy. I called the 1800 # and a USPS representative told me in order to complain or make sure I stopped receiving mail from the company to call them directly, or to write a letter to :
Mail Preference Service Direct Marking Association
PO Box 643
Harmel, NY 10512

But other than contacting the company directly, she claimed it was not guarunteed to work.

The 800# for the company required I speak with a representative who patched me through to a voicemail box that requested I pronounce the name, address, and zip code of my residence clearly to be removed. It seems like a scam that a representative would patch me through to a voicemailbox.

Goodluck everyone!

Thanks for the 800#. I called to be removed - we'll see if that works, and I highly suggest everyone calls the US Postal Service to complain about the unsolicited mail. [protected]

Insiders Betting Digest Did not order anything

I have no idea where this company is located as I need to tell them not to send any more of these unsolicited magazines. The Contact Us email is not valid and there is no address.

Anyone have an ideas,
Thanks!

I received a copy of the 2008 Betters Digest addressed to my son, Jeremy, who has been deceased 3 years to the day this arrived and it caused considerable anguish. Jeremy, in fact, never lived at this address and I would like to know how and why this publication came to our home - addressed by name on the anniversary of his death. This magazine lists a price of $7.95 on it's cover - I want to know how it was paid for - who ordered it - when it was ordered - anything to help me understand this cruel joke. I really would like to identify the source of what I consider this most evil of pranks and condemn them.

The company responsible for this mass mailing to everybody in the U.S., I guess, is BETUS.com. I went on their website, found "contact us" and emailed their customer service: CustHelp@BetUS.com
[protected]
They emailed a response assuring my name would be removed.
Hope this works!

I have also been getting these POS magazines. I have never bet on any ball games, and don't intend to start. I work too hard for my money to risk losing it to someone over a ball game. I wish these ###$ucker$ building would burn to the ground with everyone associated with them in the building!

I do not wish to receive this type of mail. I also received a magazine from BetUs.com, but they have a phone number to call to be removed from their mailing list. (Which hasn't worked so far - I've called twice.) The Insiders Betting digest has no phone number, no mailing address, and their website has no contact information. Their postal permit is Waseca...
