please refund my money usd17,500
I complained in 2017 about juan carlos cantor lopez he scammed me of usd17,500. Juan carlos cantor lopez is on the run because he has scammed many others I have all name is guys he scammed. He has started a company in new zealand to scam others because he is wanted in nicaragua. His whole family is involved in scamming business. Kindly renew my complaint and post on your website. I wired USD17, 400 to Juan carlos cantor lopez on 14th march for supply of timber to us in taiwan but he vanished after received the funds.
i have complained to taiwan authorities, police, nicaragua embassy in taipei, ministry of foreign affairs in taipei, ngos, lawyers but of no use.
this guy is absconding since then crossing borders in bolivia, argentina and neihbouring coutries.
scam/fraud
I wired USD17, 500 to Juan carlos cantor lopez swift copy enclosed. Carlos told me he is timber merchant and can supply me cocobolo from nicaragua. After he got my money he vanished.
