I received a sms in the name of irish lottery on 19-12-2016, 03:44 pm that i have won a lucky draw of amount 700, 000 pounds. They asked me to sent my name, address, tel.No to roonyn james at [protected]@hotmail.com
The sms which i have recieved has the following message-
Your mobile number has won 700, 000gbp on irish promo uk 2016.
Contact roonyn james. For claim email: [protected]@hotmail.com.
Your name, address, cell no
Then i send my name, address & cell no to him. Today i got an email from that email address ..

This is a scam in order to get you to send money to them to assist in claiming your prize. Do not even respond to them. They send the emails at random in order to get replies. They will then continue to harass you once they know they have an active email account.
Again, do not send them any money.

I have also had a similar sms. I have tried to send my particulars but have not been able to reach the address. I am sure it's fake. Don't believe it. It's mere waste of time. Why doesn't someone take action against it? Thanks.
