The company is run by a very shady fellow named Gary Niederhelman. Mr. Niederhelman tricks one into setting up a profile on one of his many gay dating sites which are usually nominally aimed at various kinds of fetishists, and then he populates profiles on his many other sites with the same profile. That means that there could be an infinite number of dating profiles that result from one setting up one profile on one of Mr. Niederhelman's sites. That means that then removing those profiles is almost impossible for a user, once he realizes that is what he wants to do. When one tries to contact Mr. Niederhelman, one is either ignored or one received threatening responses, in which Mr. Niederhelman threatens to do harm to the complainant. Additionally, if Mr. Niederhelman thinks that a person is "attractive" he will appropriate photos that person uses in association with his profile, and Mr. Niederhelman simply uses the photos for marketing and web design purposes. While it is mostly a nuisance, Mr. Niederhelman basically appropriates the likenesses of anyone he chooses, and then uses that likeness to sell his business ventures. That is simply wrong, and Mr. Niederhelman should be stopped.

I recently realized that I have once again started receiving notices from one of Mr. Niederhelman's sites, even though I have not visited one of them for many years, and apparently Mr. Niederhelman has once again started using photos take of me over ten years ago, to which I hold the copyright.

We FINALLY have this a-hole on the ropes! ONE of the investigators (yes, there's more than one assigned to this spammer) send My partner and I the following:

I have sent Mr. Niederhelman a letter and a copy of your response on 10/26. When I receive his reply, I will forward a copy to you. Furthermore, I will add the information on his other websites to this case. If you know other persons being victimized by Mr. Niederhelman's websites, by all mean, have them file a complaint with my

office. Each case adds to a pattern of possible abuse.

This is the email I re'cd when I sent IronCladMedia ane-mail requesting that I be removed from their mailing list. I am disgusted and angry .

The world needs another freetard loser using it for free gay porn, and endangering children in the process, like it needs another George Bush.

Free porn sites endanger children. For proof Google the recent story in which Manhunt.net was directly responsible for a 15 year old child being sexually abused by another Manhunt user, who was an adult, or the story where a 14 year old was picked up on Manhunt by a different adult. That happened because sites like Manhunt, BigMuscle and Recon are socially irresponsible and refuse to adhere to Federal Law and age verify their members. Personally, we hope YOU use those sites so that the Justice Department can keep tabs on you. The lametards at ManHunt donated $10, 000 in hard currency in an attempt to get out of their responsibility to protecting kids online, and now they, and the other freetard sites are being monitored (and that means all the freeloading cream puffs who frequent and support them are being scoped out too).

And don't even get us started on the fact that Manhunt, and Recon, charge a whopping $100 a year (actually, those losers at Manhunt just raised their price to $120!) for their lackluster, lame assed, profile sites when you do subscribe. If you weren't such a lecherous dog, you'd see that our site comes out to around $3 a month, and there's tons more to do than view stale profiles of other freetard losers like yourself.
