No refund for maid insurance
Jack Focus really has the worst service. The maid that they recommend to me had smoking and drinking beer issues so i asked for replacement as i cannot have such a maid looking after my baby. Since the maid was with me only few months and i paid $400+ for the maid insurance i asked for refund. I still have to pay administrative fee and start the new loan for the new maid with all the serology test etc etc and of course the new maid insurance another $400+. Jocelyn Ser from Jack Focus say ok will help me terminate the previous maid and pro-rated refund, but it has been more than 3 months since the new maid comes and i still have not gotten back my pro-rated refund. It's a terrible experience with Jack Focus!

dishonest, bad service from jack focus maid agency
Had a bad experience hiring a maid from them. Avoid at all cost! They will use pushy tactics to get you to hire the maid quickly, then the maid decides to go back home only after working 2 months. The maid was a transfer maid. Previous employer did not treat her well. Since the maid already has intention to go back, the agency told the maid to work another 2 months before she goes back. We did not know of this until the maid decided that she want us to send us home. All the agency did was to push the blame to the maid. In the process of hiring this maid, the agency has earned thousand of dollars from us. In order for us to get a new replacement, I have to fork out another thousand dollars. I will not go back to them again as they have lost my trust in them.

Yes exactly. And they will keep on contacting your maid to say that it is a mandatory part of them as agency to ensure the well beong of the maid. But ensuring do not have to be so closed up. They contacted our maid so often like to me, it seems like they are using tactics to make your helper wamt yo go back and change another employer. So they can merrily earn more money. Unethical business operator.
Dishonest, bad service
Quality of maids very bad. Bad customer service after taking your money. Happened many times to me.. Dont ever expect them to return the placement fees.
Too few maids from this agency as I have no time to search for reputable maid agency & was in urgent need.
They never refund me & keeps supplyinh Low quality maids & make me pay $350 each time i changed maids. After 3 maids & extra $1050 excluding agency fees, i gave up & was maidless for a year. Same thing happened again now. I need maid and got cheated again. Me, helpless & sick, looking after elderly frail. They, the Staff and boss will suffer retribution!

Yes, i agreed with you... Jack focus is a money sucker maid agency with a poor quality maid.. Made u replace maid, another hand transfer maid to another employer to be another victim to pay money again, gov should step in to all these sucker maid agent.
That happens to me. First I choose the maid from the same agency as mentioned up and she came in to singapore I realize she can't communicate in english. Too bad i can't employ her and choose another maid under additional and paid another $350. MOM rejected the additional maid and i'm stuck with a situation whereby can't cancel the existing maid as she was looking after my handicap boy as both me and husband working. As an employer i'm the one begging almost everyday with MOM to accept my appeal for the additional maid to be approved. Finally a week later it was approved. Now another problem, thumb print I've to send my maid to the agency and 3 hours later need to fetch her back. First I've apply for leave, send the maid to the agency and go home and later go there and fetch her. Really having nightmare. I've having maid for the last 17 years and this the first time I come cross such things. Singapore Employer have to go through hell as the agency and the maids have the upper hand.

I would like to inform you all about the poor service provided by Jack Focus Maid Agency - Katong Branch. Within the span of 3 months, I've received poor and probably "dishonest" service at multiple instances. a. We took a maid, which was already at the agency.
