Exchange
This is in relation to the purchased to an item discribed as pink lace mesh chemi that was purchased by me for my wife and unfortunately I bought large size of which it was very small for her even to fit she didn't fit it then I have taken the very same item to the Jet store in Brits.Store address is 50 Murray Avenue Brits and their number is [protected].
According to the manager who assisted me they're not allowed to exchange to the item I have purchased.
The store Managers she refused to provide me with her name.
Desired outcome: To get this matter please resolved into my consideration

I have a big problem with your service, I have settled my Jet clothing store account about a year ago, as I was handed over to the lawyers, they gave me a discount on the balance that was outstanding and I paid it, the lady from the law firm I spoke to informed me very arrogantly that I will need to wait a week or two as there are a lot of people that are waiting for settlement letter and I am last in line, not taking it to heart and understanding that I might be last in line I waited.
It is now exactly 1 year later and I am still waiting I am now at the stage where I am angry and frustrated as no one is able to tell me when I will receive this settlement letter, why is it that what I am asking for cannot be provided?
Was I a victim of fraud?
Did the lady I spoke to happen to pretend to be from Jet's lawyers and stole my money that is why I am not getting the settlement letter?
Well if that is the case I am going to take it further to the ombudsman as I am not being treated fairly as a customer.

I've never been so disappointed. I'm a customer who always make laybys around end August each year in order to get the best new arrivals. Unfortunately for me, I have purchased a number of clothes in which my daughter never got to wear them all... Children grow so fast, so 2day I decided to try one item that was also part of the layby on my daughter in which it didn't fit and that I paid R269.99. They now have sale and I knew by now my item is marked down and I didn't really care coz I was willing to pay up for whatever I take in return. I approached one of the assistants and told her my item has months in my home and I'm asking and willing to get an exchange on the markdown price(which was now R124 on markdown) coz I really needed tracksuit for my daughter even though I'll be losing an amount of R155.90 They said it's okay, without asking for my slip. I brows got my tracksuit which was now R100 for a top and R100 pants"on promotion"... I got to the tills and the cashier checks my slip and tells me we can't help you the items is almost 8moths old(mind you the item still has a tag,clean and never been worn)... I was so angry, knowing I work for retail for 16yrs now and this is not the service I expected, the item is still on their system, on my slip and tag on"yes my garment has passed the period of 30days but in 6month you get to return defective goods... My item is still new and on their system but I still couldn't be assisted? Why?

On the 18/08/2017 my wife Odette Sibinda went into the Jet Store in Lenasia Signet Terrace. Where she fell and injured her ankle due to some "features"which was laying on the ground(with no hazardous signage anywhere). The branch manager Mzwakhe Mazibuko logged an incident report # NOR6167 August17-204. An ambulance was dispatched after it was evident that there was an injury and also after much deliberation as the store manager wanted my wife to go see a doctor on her own and just bring him the report from the doctor. My wife has received no response from Mazwakhe or anyone from Jet regarding this.
We've been to hospital and my wife has a right ankle soft tissue injury and has a back slab cast applied from below the knee to her ankle.We feel as this was not handled with any urgency as it was not a mere refund or purchase etc, but an injury due to negligence.
