Order not received
I ordered a pair of sweatpants and have never received them. Only an email stating the order is being processed, but no other information. Not even the invoice ID number. The phone numbers are no help. One number says the mailbox is full. I have sent countless emails. Not one response. My credit card has alredy been charged. I have called my credit card company to dispute the charge. I plan to contact the California Consumer Fraud department to file a complaint. I think this e-retailer should be investigated. Many complaints just like mine against Justgear.com availalble at several complaint websites.

I live in Western Australia & I ordered some sweat pants & someboots thru Just Gear & never received them despite numerous emails. It was also very difficult to ring from Australia
One big rip off company

I to should have research them before I ordered. I have the exact issue, order placed 11/13/2021 foe $38.95. I received an emailed invoice, even paid extra for shipping to get it faster(2-4 Days). I signed in to check on the order and it stated payment pending. I reached out via phone and email and I am being avoided. How can they get away with this in the U.S.A.?
I placed an order with justgear.com and never received the merchandise. They never sent a shipping confirmation, which they said they would, and tracking the order through their website proved impossible. This "business" is obviously a scam. I will be contacting the appropriate consumer complaint departments. Many people have been ripped off by justgear.com based on the all the complaints I've been reading now. Wish I had researched them before placing an order.

My Credit Card was charged on 12-15-2008 for $24.85.
I e-mailed JustGear.com on Thursday, December 18, 2008 9:11 AM about the merchandise I ordered & I have not rec'd a reply or the goods I ordered. Their confirmation e-mail states "Your order is being processed and will leave our warehouse shortly. You will receive an automatically generated tracking number as soon as the order is shipped." I e-mailed them again on Friday, December 26, 2008. I'll let everyone know what happens. I personally will NEVER order from this company, again.

Fact is Swami Sportswear is the company that charged my card even though I had ordered on JustGear.com & has NOT sent the merchandise or responded to any of my inquiries:
