Food
Cafe Mirage at the Kalahari resort has a very inefficient and inaccurate method of preparing food and delivering to paint customers. We ordered food at 10:48 pm and got our food at 11:55 pm because chefs were cooking food out of order, servers were giving out food without checking receipts and overall the management did not staff properly or operated the business properly. Will never be going back.

The worst company I have ever come across. I have purchased a PS4 for my son's 30th birthday tomorrow & I received an email Monday to say it has left warehouse & I will receive it 12 hours later After 8 phone calls & all staff I spoke to saying they would come back to me including a manager no-one ever did & still no parcel. They tell me they don't even know where it is & believe it to be in warehouse but they cant call only emails he warehouse. I'm now sitting without a present for my sons birthday tomorrow- shocking, shocking, shocking. Roslyn Crossingham
Rude Front Desk Clerk (DEB)
My husband and I took our 2 daughters for a Saturday night to the Kalahari in Sandusky, Oh.
My daughter (age 9) was having trouble getting to sleep so one thing we enjoy is walking and talking and seeing what goes on in the hotel when everyone is asleep. We decided to have a seat down in the main lobby which we think is just beautiful and chit-chat. The restaurant was still open and there was plenty of people watchin and we were having a great time.
UNTIL -- The front desk clerk DEB comes up to where we were sitting and proceeds to say, " Don't you think that this is child abuse? You are keeping you daughter up this late, sitting in the lobby?" Honestly, she caught me off guard! "HUH?" She gave me a look of utter disgust and walked back to her perch at the desk.
I did go up and ask her if I could have her employee number and last name. She refused (of course) and told me that DEB was all that I needed.
I WAS having a blast up to this point... KALAHARI is a great waterpark but the STAFF IS RUDE! We've been to all the waterparks and I think this is the one we'll definately sit out on next time. It's VERY EXPENSIVE and employees should at least learn to bite their tongue. My daughter and I are very close and talk about everything and she could not believe what that woman said to her mother. DEB, DON'T BE JEALOUS there still may be time to make up with you daughter because this is obviously resentment and jealousy towards a bond as close as what we have.
PLEASE - IF YOU DECIDE TO VISIT KALAHARI Sandusky, Oh. PLEASE tell DEB AT THE FRONT DESK I SAID HELLO AND GOOD LUCK! (you'll know which one she is, she is the one with the frown).
I was so shocked! I'm having quiet time with my oldest daughter and she knows I don't just keep my mouth shut when someone is rude. It was because of her I was calm and we went back to our room and grabbed my camera! giggle...
Unfortunately the pic came out so dark this womans face is not recognizable. Even her scowl did not photograph...
Thank you for your comment! I just want the public to be aware that no matter how much you might spend the employees seem to think they can say whatever they want! Oh, and YES! I did call Human Resources, spoke to the day manager (well, left message. I will contact again) and also spoke with the clerk upon check out on Sunday. I will not just walk away, she needs to learn to control herself. DON'T FORGET TO TELL DEB I SAID HELLO!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
She shouldn't have treated you that way, but assuming that "Deb" must have issues with her own daughter is a little childish.

I placed an order with Kalahari for 1 x Calvin Klein Beauty edp and 1 x Dolce & Cabanna the One on the 19 Jan 2015.
They received the order and Payment and advise that the delivery would take place on 21 Jan 2015. On the 21st only the
1 x Calvin Klein Beauty was delivered without any mention of the Dolce and Cabanna on the delivery Note. When I phoned the Customer Care, I was told that they have to investigate 1st. I have now phoned every day without any resolution, I cannot escalate this anywhere because the customer centre's manager is on leave and the his/her standby has resigned. Furthermore the agent at the customer is not allowed to phone the warehouse or email them. I was told that I must wait. When I asked if I can cancell the Dolce & Cabanna from my order, I was told that it will only complicate the query more.
Is there no one that we can escalate to besides phoning the customer care.
