Karcher Gas pressure washer (G2200)

I purchased a Karcher gas pressure washer back in September 2016 that I use it for work. One day during a job the pressure washer just stopped producing water. I call Karchers "800" number and they tell me to take it to a local repair shop near me. I do, wait a week for the guy to tell me that Karcher or anyone else for that matter doesn't make the part that malfunctioned(thermal relieve valve) and that he was instructed by Karcher to just replace the whole pump since it's covered by warranty. He repair guy said Karcher is only willing to allot for 20 minutes to repair it. He's told them from beginning to end would take him an hour, paperwork included. Low and behold I went back to get my product. Called Karcher back to find another repair shop and stayed on the phone for 45min getting transferred from one department to the next explaining myself each time. Finally I lost my cool and was then transferred to someone in their vacuum sales department, who was kind enough to get me a supervisor...who was gone for the day at 230pm eastern time. I left a pretty steamy message on her voicemail and a day later someone locally called me back concerning the matter. She gave me the number to another repair shop, who in the end told me that "they can do warranty repairs for Karcher, but that they won't". So I've called the number and extension I was given by the "local lady" left yet another steamy voicemail about what happened, and it's been 3 days and I have yet to hear anything back from her or anyone from the Karcher corporation. I've lost money waiting for this pitiful company to resolve my issue! I can't return it to where I purchased it, and I can't find anyone to fix it. My next step is the Better Business Bureau.

It is unlikely we will ever purchase another Karcher product. Here is why: First the GFP had to be replaced because no power (May 2010). Second the unit started making surging sounds with a huge drop in pressure. And finally the unit is less then four years old.

Karcher Poor customer service

My pressure washer leaks like a sieve and I need to order a new part. I called the toll free # only to be informed by a computer voice that I had to conduct customer service business "on line". I went to the website & typed in my question as directed. Then came the shocker! I was asked to choose the ammount I was willing to pay to have my question answeared! Imagine that! I wasn't even sure about which part I needed, and they were attempting to extort money while I couldn't even speak to a real human being! Not only that, but I sent several emails with my question & contact info, only to have them answered by a generic auto reply. No one from the company ever attempted to contact me. This is a company that doesn't support its products, and appears to provide non-existent customer service. Do NOT ever buy a Karcher Product!

Karcher gas pressure washer doesn't run and it was put together backwards. Karcher won't help at all and BJ's won't return it. Now I'm stuck with a piece of crap pressure washer.

My wife received a Karcher WV60plus as a Christmas gift 2013.
When it went wrong I emailed Karcher only to be told that nothing could be done without proof of purchase! As her mother (the purchaser) no longer has the receipt this is the end of the road for our complaint!
I also telephoned Karcher and was told the same thing by a very unhelpful employee!
My advice? STEER WELL CLEAR OF A COMPANY WHICH HAS NO RESPECT FOR IT'S CUSTOMERS WHO COMPLAIN!
They obviously have no intention of showing any consideration for genuine complaints about their obviously inferior products!
