The owner is terrible person
Don’t order from Kerns and Associates. The owner is terrible person and she doesn’t want to help their customers. I have purchased some stuff and didn’t get it. But the owner lied to me all the time and advised to wait, while she would check all details. But she has done nothing. She simply stopped to reply. It was the worst deal and therefore I have decided to share this information.
She got money and after that were only problems
Don’t waste your money and time!!! I had a deal with Kerns and Associates. I was disappointed that I found this company. The lady with whom I spoke was terrible person and he was interested only in money. She got my money and started to diddle-daddle. Each time she told me that she had problems with email, so she was unable to reply on time. But I doubted that it was truth. Be aware of this artist.
