Payment got debited but no confirmation
Dear Sir,
I had tried to book 2 tickets for India and England Match (match dated 27.02.2011) on 25.02.2011 around 10.30pm.
First time when I tried to book two tickets transaction was failed. I mean it shows communication error.
So, again second time I tried to book and transaction became successful and i got confirmation ID also.
Where as in my Credit Card statement the amount is deducted for both failed and successful transaction.
I got successful transaction and confirmation only once, but erroneously amount deducted two times from my account. It is therefore, I request you kindly please arrange to refund the amount Rs.2803/- .
I sent mail to customer service regarding this but till now I am not received any reply from kyazoonga.

No Mechandise, No Refund, No response
I had bought some merchandise with respect to Cricket world cup 2011 on Feb 02, 2011 from their website using credit card worth Rs 3500.00 . I did not receive any goods, neither a refund. A charge has been made to my credit cards. Tried calling the Company but nobody picks the phone. Even written many email reminders, but no response.
Kyazoonga, I ve resent you the email which is my third email reminder for refund in addition to my numerous telephone calls which you guys are not picking up. I need my refund of Rs 3500 which has been charged to my credit card on Feb 2, 2011. Ive send you my credit card statement as well.
I had bought 3 tickets from the Kyazoonga site for the Cricket World Cup 2011 (Ind-vs-Eng) was schedule to be held on 72/02/2011 at eden, kolkata. But due to unavoidable circumstances the match was shifted to Bagaluru.My Confirmation ID No: [protected]-KZ56697. I mailed them many times for refund of tickets and call them over telephone. But neither I have got my refund nor any response from them.
Please re send us the email and we will get back to you on the same.

It's completely fraud site.Even I bought WC-2011 tickets worth 3500(Its been charged from my account).Even They gave me confirmation ID.I have sent so many mails.But there is not even a single reply.I tried calling them so many times, but no response.I am damn sure the site is fraud one.
I had bought merchandise from the Kyazoonga site for the Cricket World Cup 2011 on Feb 04, 2011 using credit card worth Rs 1400.00 . Ihave mailed them many times, tried calling them but their is no response. I have not received any merchandise nor a refund. A charge has been made to my credit cards. Kyazoonga is a fraud, its unprofessional and a totally useless company. I request all those who have suffered because of them to join in and take Kyazoonga to task.
Tickets were not booked but amount debited from credit card
I bought 2 Club House level ICC world cup tickets for the match between Bangladesh and Ireland on February 25, 2011, at Dhaka, Bangladesh. However, the order was not processed completely and gave me an error instead. I never saw a confirmation page, nor were any tickets sent to me by email but my account was charged. After repeated attempts to explain the situation to KyaZoonga via email, they finally replied back by saying there can be no refunds for tickets that were bought. I informed them YET again that I was never sent the tickets. Then they said they would email the confirmation page. That was 3 weeks ago. Since then they have ignored my repeated inquiries about my tickets. They took money for tickets they never sold. Basically they have STOLEN my money. They are thieves and they need to be shut down. I cannot believe such a fraudulent website was assigned to sell World Cup tickets. They will now steal from thousands of people.

i have booked 4 tickets for the ipl match on 16 th april for the match on 17th april..there was a communication error showing and amt was deducted from my credit card..i didnt received any conformation mail for it..
The approval no. Is 271921..the amt. Is 1688..plz reverse the transaction.

I booked tickets for the bryan Adams show in Delhi. The amount was charged on my credit card but I received no booking number or any other information regarding my booking via e mail or SMS. Please help. I have to go today to pick up my tickets as the show is just in 2days from now.
They are thieves. Short and simple. Same thing happened with me also. Bloody theieves. They never pick up phone and never ever reply reply back to the mail.
