I just wanted to respond to this issue. Sandra when you called to get set up with our service to get you an affordable attorney you were explained at that time that the fee to keep the servcie was $38.00 per month with no contract. You were told to contact us at [protected] if you wished to cancel the service. See the service is month to month and can be cancelled at any time. When you payment declined we contacted you several times and never heard back from you. Your membership has been cancelled and you will no longer be billed. We have helped thousands upon thousands of folks rectify their legal issues and we have an A Rating with the BBB. Please take your time to check us out before one person claims we are a scam. There are always two sides to every story. Mr. Nicholas Walker contacted our office on 05/04/11 concerning his legal issue which I cannot discuss. We listened to his issue and offered a solution. We explained what we could offer him and how much it would cost. Everything was fine. He did however state that he was going to have his girlfriend call us so that we can explain it to her as well. Later Jessica Bostwick and Nicolas Walker contacted our office and were ready to make a partial payment of $50.00 and the remainder to be paid on Friday. We re- explained the services to her as well. Mr. Walker filled out the consent form on our website at www.LegalHelpExpertsllc.com (Consent form is at the bottom of the screen) and stated he would call us back Friday to make final payment. On Friday they contacted us and made the final payment of $100.00. Typically at that point it takes 4 business days to get him in contact with an attorney. However, considering his legal issue we expedited it and got him set up the very same day within 30 minutes. With Mr. Walker living in Michigan and the children living in Alabama we had explained to him that he is covered in all 50 states with our service. He had access to council in Michigan and Alabama in other words he had council no matter where he needed them. The same day Jessica Bostwick contacted us back and stated that she found an attorney for $125.00 per hour and said they didn’t want our service and wanted to cancel. We told her that we already set Nicholas up with an attorney as promised and at the discounted rate as we agreed upon. We also stated that the $150.00 was non-refundable which was stated in the Terms of Service he agreed to prior to us setting him up. She stated that she did not authorize her boyfriend to enroll with our service. She clearly did not realize that I was the same person she had spoken with a few days prior. Anyways, Mr. Nicolas Walker was the person who was set up with the attorney and was not willing to talk to me at all. However, I have made several attempts to contact him to try a rectify this issue. We did as promised and nothing less. We went above and beyond what we have to do. With any company you will have those few individuals who think they are entitled. Mr. Nicholas Walker and his girlfriend have called and verbally abused our secretaries, they have left dozens of derogatory voicemails to where we had to block their number. With any company you are not able to please every single person. We understand this. But for an individual to spread lies is unacceptable. Mr. Nicolas Walker has been informed that if he continues harassing our company that we will be forced to take legal action against him.
For any current clients or future clients of ours feel free to make your own decision on this matter. There is a company out there named the Better Business Bureau. This company is like the police department for businesses. If we were doing anything fraudulent and illegal then we would have an “F” rating. We however do maintain a “B” rating with the BBB.org. We are not accredited with the BBB but do maintain the “B”rating. To be accredited you must pay a yearly fee. We feel that we have earned our rating and do not need to be accredited to achieve a higher rating. Over the last 3 years (36 months) we have had only 17 or 18 complaints. Out of over 2 million people we have only had 17 or 18 complaints. This is very impressive. Its less than ½%. We have also resolved ALL of the complaints.

We hope this will set you at ease in doing business with us. Unfortunately it only takes 1 or 2 miserable, unhappy people to try to ruin it for everyone else. Please make your own decision.

You must work for them or are part of their SCAM Beware, they have stolen and I reiterate Stolen money from a disabled person who only gave them the 100.00 and they think it is ok to continue taking 39.95 two times a month out for over a year. Everyone, check your loved ones accounts...Beware Legal Experts are nothing but a scam...Do your homework and protect your mentally and physically challenged Loved ones...Especially if they had turned to them thinking they could help while stuck in Nursing Home or LTC...Beware

To "helpthestupid" You are probably part of this SCAM. The absolute atrocitiies that this so called company is putting on desperate people during desperate times is absolutely sickening. The way they took advantage of a disabled person and continued to take money from his account twice monthly is going to come back and bite them in the check book. There will be a class action suite filed against them and anyone wanting to join will be able to leave their names on a board to get this so called company Complete Fraud.

I know for a fact that a disabled person looking for help regarding neglect and abuse contacted them gave the initial quoted 100.00 quote to get referrals etc. after they took the 100.00 he had a problem where he is unable to speak clearly and they have continued for a year to remove 39.95 twice a month for a year. We are now helping him to file REAL LAWSUIT against Legal Experts through the help of the ADA and attornies who are truly real and interested in this case with Legal Experts SCAM. Thank you for being so stupid that you pre judge people who are in desperate need of legal help that they fall for these scsms...Nothing is cheap and that is the simple truth.

Wow. Being angry because the law doesnt protect the stupid. I used legal help experts and will continue in the future, thanks. Its really simple, if you didnt understand why didnt you ask questions. I guess they could playkate you however they offered you a service in which you obviously agreed too cause how would they get your credit card info. Dumb people make me laugh so thanks you all.

They are really a scam Im still going through my custody case and Gladly I got away from the legal help experts. Sadly the BBB didnt side with me on the refund of the stolen money that they took from me And as for there so called good rating its a B- and there not accredited and they probably never will be. They have 18 complaints against them so I dont see how they get a B-.But for the work they say they do they should strive for a perfect rating but as long as they get there money it doesnt matter what there rated. The owner mike even lied to me about being the owner said he wasnt the owner and the owner never comes in. so he knows he is ### and his company is a joke or else he would have proudly represented himself with my complaint like most honest bussines owners would.My complaint was closed and I was told they made every effort to make the situation rite. They didnt and From other complaints about the company they didnt on theres either. We do what we always do and listened patiently to their issue. We offered our service and got them set up with our service. They were fully was aware of the services and fees involved and actually filled out the consent form not once but twice agreeing to the Terms of Service and authorizing us to run their payment. Later they decided that they did not want to pursue their legal issue and asked for a refund. We stated that the process has already been completed and that the enrollment fee was/is non- refundable. They claimed that they could not afford the $150.00 fee and did not want to pursue. This is after they had their consultation with the attorney. Well it happen to me today got me for 250.00 is there anything I can do to get it back

I am helping a person with a disability to get them out of his account. He authorized a one time 100.00 fee thinking he would be referred to an attorney or attornies. He has never heard from them and in the mean time his disability has caused him times of inability to speak. They are and have been taking 39.95 twice a month for over a year. he has been too sick til he asked for help to look over everything and we discovered this constant withdrawal from his account. I have attempted to contact them, left name and in regards to...but no return calls and always an answereing machine. What a rip however it is being reported with records to the ADA and an attorney, a real attorney, is looking into this whole business. It to me is a scam!

Mr. Hutchinson took $100.00 dollars from me and never called me back. He is a crook and he will be Paid justly for the damages he has done and for the fraud his business is. Vengence is mine thus saith the LORD I will repay. Mr Hutchinson may have gotten by but he will not get away. I wouldn't be surprised if he falls over with a heart attack. You can't play with God's peoples money and get away with it. God doesn't play when it comes to His children. Touch not mine anointed and do my prophet no harm. Mr. Hutchinson, you've messed with the wrong person now. Get your affairs in order because you are going to be on your way out sooner than you think. This time you scammed one of God's anointed and you won't be getting away with it.

I applied to Legal help experts on 12/31/12. I explained my work place discrimination case to Hector Andujar, during our initial conversation and interview. Hector told me Legal help experts could help my case. I waited a month to use their services. When I finally did use them in February, NOT ONE ATTORNEY that I was referred to took my case. I filed a complaint with BBB and in their response, they lied. Legal help experts said, "I had to find the person I paid the money." Michael Hutchinson is in their billing department, not with another company. One attorney they referred me to did not even work at that law firm, so their records were out dated. They gave me less than half of my registration fee. I will file a complaint with BBB every month if I have to let the public know how this company is SCAM.

I fell for the same thing. I cant believe they are still getting away with this. What were the final outcomes of the cases?

Mr. Steven Holly contacted our office for legal assistance. He stated his funds were limited and that he was looking for the best deal on an attorney. We lowered the set up fee down to $138.00 and got him set up with an attorney. He was given 3 attorney's up front and contacted all three. He later contacted us back and said that the attorney wanted a retainer of $1000.00. I explained to him that this was a good deal considering the nature of his case. He agreed. A few weeks later he contacted us wanting to cancel because he said he could not raise the $1000.00. We then offered him another attorney which he called. We never heard form him again until now.

I totally agree with you...just wished we would have done more research on them prior to contacting them. I can't believe they used the same sales pitch on you as well...I think that's what got my boyfriend when he talked to them. Sad that there are people out there that would do anything to make money...
