Bad service
I will never place an online order with LNT again!
I ordered Rachael Ray Pro Ultra 11 Piece set and paid $45.00 for expedited shipping in 3-4 business days. The order was placed on Dec. 17 and received on Dec. 29. The expedited shipping takes 10 business days!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Oops too bad we don't care!

While shopping at the Las Vegas store, some shelving fell forward on me. I had to push hard to keep from falling The firm, Broadspire a Crawford Company, that was hired for their lost prevention were rude and Linen n Things refused to accept accountability for the incident.
I will never shop there again.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Ordered a bridal gift box that was a third of the price of what it was anywhere else. Wasn't packaged well but wasn't damaged.My wife likes their store and they always have 20% coupons about every week.
You should plan ahead better.
