Minds of Media Incomplete website/Refund

TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THIEVES! I hired these ladies to build a website. They took my money for something they couldn't build and refused to issue a refund for that the portion that they couldn't do. Kelly Williams went balistic on the phone and start screaming when I asked for a refund of that portion. The website looked horrible with typos, terrible layout, etc. When I asked where the refund was, they blocked my email address. Kelly also threatened to call the police because I asked for a refund of the portion that she couldn't complete and said that I was harassing her. It was the craziest experience. They are very nice as long as you don't have a change or aren't satisfied with the product.

It's ashame that so many people are experiencing the same thing with them (the police thing, blocking of emails, etc).

This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

I paid for this company to design a website for my company. In return, the product was nothing like the websites on there site-in terms of quality. When I sent an email to Kelly Williams, who I had been working with for the past 6 months, she was "no longer available". Therefore, her sister, Kimberly Williams, contacted me to say that she just needed some...

Minds of Media Incomplete brochures, scams and lies

This person/company would not allow me to make revisions to my designs of my satisfaction for 3 of the designs that I purchased. And on one brochure design they allowed me NO REVISIONS AT ALL. They just sent an email saying that it was done, and that's it!

I hired them as a design firm but when I asked for corrections they were not willing to fulfill.

The person that I spoke with, Kelly had a so what type of attitude and even sighed several times and even argued with me about not making revisions to my designs.

On one set of designs original proofs were sent yesterday I asked them to change the fact that my company name was entered incorrectly (They spelled "Thomas" when my name is "Thompson". So I sent them back of course to handle what is not just a typo but a completely different name, when I sent them back to revise and asked for a final set of changes they refused to make any more changes. THEY ONLY MADE 1 CHANGE.

Then the next day they send me a separate brochure design via email for another business and ALLOWED NO CHANGES AT ALL - not even one for that business.

So ultimately I received no hard copies and an incompletely design that was not even allowed revisions to all designs.

They were not willing to help me fulfil my design and were very argumentative. They allowed no corrections on most of what they provided, just emailed me some jpegs and that's it - refusing to correct or change anything. Now I am out of $200 with no product that I can use due to her negligence, unprofessionalism and unwillingness to even make modifications (what kind of design firm doesn't give a proof that you can modify?)

I said that I would dispute the charge via Paypal and she then blocked my email from sending to her in her AOL account. This from a professional service provider?

Then because of me disputing the charge with Paypal we went from her poor service to her also slander by saying that I "physically threatened her" and that she would call my local police department. It is unbelievable how unprofessional these people have been.

She allowed me no revisions and now she said that I physically threatened her by saying that I was going to dispute the charge?

They are very unprofessional! Use at your own risk.

Joe

Yep, please file with the BBB as well, I'm doing it now and firms like the BBB as well as the complaint boards need to know what's going on with these people.

More complaints are being filed on Joe Thompson of Thompson Merchant Services, Inc. and Natalie Graham of A Shoe or Two Inc. More people need to know that they are scam artists!

The two people who made the complaints are Joe Thompson (Thompson Merchant Services, Inc., DonorCharge and intheloopmobile.com) and Natalie Graham (A Shoe or Two Inc.) They are LIARS. Both of them are scam artists. Neither of them received a refund from the company they made the false complaints about. They are the type of individuals who go into a store, buy an outfit, wear it, sweat in it, then take it back to the store to get a refund. They both threw what is equivalent to temper tantrums just to try to get money back. They both had to have the police called on them because of their behavior. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND TRUE PROBLEM CLIENTS! Joe Thompson lives at 15 Paradise Drive Savannah, Georgia 31406. Natalie Graham's address is a Shoe or Two Inc. 3700 Koppers Street Suite 120 Baltimore, MD 21227. Her phone number is 843.241.0109.

Hi Joe,
We filed the complaint with the BBB but we havent heard anything yet. We paid via pay pal be we used the bank transfer instead of the card. Pay Pal tried to help us by sending them an eamil letting them know they need to refund us but it hasn't happended yet.
Did you ever get your money back from them. We are consluting with an attorney very soon and we will take them to court if we have too.

Hi Joe,
OH MY GOD! I just went through the same thing with Minds of Media.
We requested a Logo design and when it was received FIRST, our company name was spelled WRONG and we then decided that we did not want any revisions or corrections, just our MONEY back and they refuse to refund us via pay pal and told us that we had to wait 10 business days to get our money and now that has come and gone and we still don't have our money back. Kelly Williams was also very nasty to me and my partner, she also blocked my email address and said that she was calling the police.
