Mni*creditreport.com Unauthorized Charges

I don't remeber signing up for any credit score checking website, but some how MNI*CREDITREPORT.COM got a hold of my credit card(that was cut up 2 years ago and paid completely off!) and is STILL continuing to charge my card! As a military member serving overseas, this kind of crap is the LAST thing I need to worry about! Any help would be appreciated as to how I can tell these guys directly to ### off and stop charging my account! I'm beyond the point of being polite, no apologies.

So I tried to log into my "freecreditreport.com" account which is the same company. I have no account! Neither does my husband! I don't understand how they can charge me when I'm not even able to login to my account that I am paying for MONTHLY! WTF!?

I was checking my checking account online and noticed that this MNI*CREDITREPORT.COM had charged my account $14.99 for some membership. My husband and I did not authorize this transaction and will not put up with it. I have contacted the BBB and our States Attorney General. I want my money BACK.

I received a charge on my mastercard with reference to the MNI*CREDITREPORT.COM mentioned above. If I, at some time, enrolled in an automatic payment plan to this company, I want to cancel it. this company is making unauthorized charges to my bank account and will not cancel their service. 14.95 twice a month.

I have no idea why but they charged $14.95 to my bank account out of nowhere. I called and they refused to take it off unless I provided them with my social security number and bank information. I was not comfortable doing that with a company I was unfamiliar with so I had to open a new checking account (deactivate my old one) so they couldn't get to my money.

I am being charged $14.95 per month from MNI*CREDITRPORT.COM. I have not authorized this deduction from my account. I did go to FREECREDITREPORT.COM a couple of months ago to get a free credit report. I had a problem so I ordered what I thought was a one time charge of $14.95. Please let me know how I can get this cancelled.

I have never recieved a credit report from anyoneand continue to get bogus charges for such services on my card. I work too hard for my money to have these idiots taking it from me without my approval. I would like mto have it all credited back to my card, is that really going to happen I would also like to speak to a human/AMERICAN if they call me, since they seem to have all my information, I expect a phone call and restitution! 10 times during the past year and 1/2 mni has charged my VISA card for $ 11.95. I have not authorized anyone to make a credit check. I would like to know who is doing so.

My credit card was charged $ 14.95 on 6/14/09 for transaction dated 06/12/09. I did not authorize this charge. I was offered a free credit report. I can't find a telephone number to call and complain.

Mni*creditreport.com Scam

I recently order a credit report from MNI* CreditReport.com for a one time draft fee of 12.95. And now have been charged twice. I was unable to contact them through their web site or for that matter have not been able contact them at all by phone. This company is only a scam and i would greatly appreciate it if they would return my money. Have they ever been investigated by the B.B.B.? If not it should be highly recomended therefore there would be one less company out there making harder on the working people.

Mni*creditreport.com Unauthorized charges to my account!

I recently checked my banking account and found charges from mni*creditreport.com for $9.95. I remember getting a "FREE" report,then canceling this via telephone, over 1-year ago. Now they have charged my account once again after a year, without my approval. I can't seem to get in touch with them about this matter, to put a stop to this. If this has happened to anyone else. Please contact me with the information I need to contact this bunch of thieves.

I also had $9.95 pending from my account. I found a phone number here [protected]) that I called, chose option 1 from their menu and immediately talked with a fellow that was totally polite, finding my "account" within 30 seconds. He transferred me to the fraud department, again, another very polite hand helpful person listen to my complaint and said she had blocked my card number from their intake orders and put a flag on my pending charge to stop it. I will let you know if, indeed, they have solved my problem.

I have had this problem several times over the last twenty years and needless to say it really sucks. So, this is what you can do to get it to stop. First, call the credit card company in which the charges for the credit reporting service that you canceled months ago, like me, are being charged on and didn't know it and tell them to cancel the old card, due to unauthorized charges, and reissue you another card. When they, the credit card company, does this it cancels the old account number and issues a new one, which stops any and all charges to your old card. To set your mind at ease, this does not close your credit card account, it only cancels the old card number and reissues a new one with a different account number. However, if you have other automatic charges that you do approve of, such as the cell phone bill that is always to dam high, put on your card you will have to call the company with the new account number so they can continue to bill you via credit card.

yes, this just happen to me I never gave them permission, to take any money off my card but they did anyway . They said it was free what happen what can I do

Similar thing JUST happened to me. I just dealt with it today. They caused my account to be overdrawn... the charges werent even authorized. When i explained all of it to the less than helpful "customer service" they did nothing. They kept talking in circles, saying the same things over and over. They were NOT helping or even willing to. They wouldnt send me a refund, not even a percentage of what they took because she said "it clearly states when you sign up for the 30 day trial that we give no refunds" thats when i told her once again, i didnt know what she was talking about, i didnt even know anything about this company. I got no where with them and didnt know what else to do. I canceled it. But got nothing back from them. Supposedly its been canceled, we'll find out i guess. Those are some crooked slimes trying (and succeeding) to screw people out of their own money! I dont know what else to do... why hasnt anything been done about it yet?

My checking account got overdraws, so i went to the bank and got two month, transfers on the statement was a withdraw of 32.00 dollars.

Same thing happened to me - I didn't catch it until after a full year transpired. I called [protected] and played whack-a-mole with their phone system before finally talking to someone.

They "say" that it has been canceled - I'll know for sure next month.
