Mulching kit for Toro 60" zero turn that doesn't fit.
Mowers Direct sold me a mulching kit, on 9-2-23, that did not fit and is making me pay for return shipping. It was a poorly made kit that almost fit , but did not quite make it. Poor design. They are making me pay to return this kit that was made and designed poorly. I was a return customer also. I guess Amazon is the way to go, not these knuckle heads.

Ordered a Toro 32" mower. Received purchase confimation that stated 42". Called immediately and said that this was the wrong mower. Their customer service rep states that the order was correct. I verified the cashed website on my system and found that mowersdirect was incorrect. They said that the mower already shipped. I called the shipping company and they stated that the mower was still sitting on their dock. I had mowerdirect cancel the order. They are now trying to charge me shipping charges since the mower had been delivered to the shipping company (about 3 miles down the road.) Very rude lady (Chitta) and states that the charges were disclosed on their website. Only problem is that the charges should be on the order confirmation and must be agreed too as per Louisiana law. I have contacted my attorney and BBB in this state. Waiting to see if mowersdirect trys to charge my account. VERY RUDE AND SHADY COMPANY. I have also contacted TORO to complain about how their product is being represented by this company.
Stay away from this company
After I received the lawn mower, I filled gas and try to test it. Immediately the gas leaked out. The gas tank was empty in about 2 minutes. All gas I added into the gas tank was on the floor of my garage. I call the customer service of mowersdirect to ask for returning the defective product. They said they wont accept the return because" Engine powered equipment cannot be returned once it has been gassed or oiled due to federal shipping regulations". But that is not true. I contact UPS got confirmed that they will ship a used gas lawn mower as long as the mower was cleaned and packed properly. So tell me you will do if a seller sold you a defective product and let you deal with the problem yourself?
