product defect and getting the run around when i call
i have owned mr.corree products for a while now. i have owned the brew-n-grind model #gbx23. mr.coffee model # sjx33gt. mr.coffee expresso maker and mr.coffee frappee maker. my latest product from mr.coffee model #bvmc-ejx33 leak's water from out of the bottem were the screws are. i have called 3 times and keep getting the run around. i am now at the point that i'm going to go out and buy another coffee pot and it will not be a mr.coffee.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Coffee maker no longer working
I have purchased other coffee makers that have lasted longer, but decided to give Mr.Coffee a chance. I purchased Mr.Coffee on 08/14/07 and today's date is 07/07/09, It is 1 year and 11 months and this morning my Mr.Coffee went out on me. I take good care of Mr. Coffee doing the regular cleaning and maintenance. Why is it the trouble begins AFTER the 1 year limited Warranty? To get it service its an arm and a leg $$$$$ to get it fixed. Todays appliances never last long as in the old days.
