UNARTERIZED ACCOUNT WITHDRAWL
MY DOG IS HANDICAPPED...2 WEEKS AGO SHE ATE HER PAW, THE HUMAN SOCIETY COULDN'T TAKE HER, THE ANIMAL HOSPITAL SAID I NEEDED A LOAN, GAVE ME THE NAME OF THIS COMPANY. I WAS IN A STATE OF SHOCK AND WENT TO AN ADVERTIZING WEBSITE UNKNOWNINGLY AND FILLED OUT PERSONAL INFO. I KNEW RIGHT AWAY IT WAS ADVERTIZEMENT THEN XED OUT...THEN CALLS CAME TO THE LADY I CARE FORS HOME SHES WHEELCHAIR BOUND AND I THE NEXT DAY TOLD THEM TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT NO MORE CALLS. TOLD MY BANK TO WATCH FOR THIS ANYWAY I'M NOW OVERDRAWN THEY TOOK 99.99 OUTA MY ACCOUNT AND 6 DOLLARS EVERYDAY TILL ITS PAYED.ITS 3 OCLOCK HERE I CALLED THEM AND THEY SAID CALL BETWEEN 9-6 M-F OH MY WHAT HAVE I DONE I AM BEHIND ON MY STORAGE PAYMENT+LATE FEE AND NOW CANT PAY IT BECAUSE I HAVE TO GET RIGHT WITH MY BANK AND ONLY MAKE 816.00 A MONTH OMG...I NEED HELP...

The bank is not at fault, it is the scam National Platinum company that abused your routing information to debit your account. The bank should help you get your money back if you file a fraudulent claim with them. The bank is not the problem and should NOT be threatened.

On December 03, 2010 my debit card was charged $99.95 for something i didn't authorize from a company named National Platninum Services Inc. I called them to try to resolve this issue and they where very rude.I have gotten a police report. This company has over 16, 000 thousands reports.How are they getting away with this?
