After filling out an online survey for Kohl's, I was given 3 products to chose from for filling out the survey, and was only asked to pay for shipping. I chose an oil from Niwali thinking this was indeed a free offer. After 14 days I received an email alerting me to a charge for $69.95. I had to pay for the shipping so that's how they got my credit card...

Niwali Asked for refund but never got it

I ordered the product from the company Niwali. After I received it, I understood that I couldn’t use this production, because it contained gelatin. I contacted the customer services and told everything to a man and asked for refund. They told me that they can return only half of the sum. I agreed and sent the order back, but I still haven’t received anything from them. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you write comments about your situation, please?

My husband did a survey to get a free gift, I know, I know, there is no such thing as free. He did have to pay for shipping $5.95, this of course gave them our credit card number. He got the product and took it a few days, but it messed with his blood sugar, so he stopped. Then this morning we get an alert that our account has been charged $71.51 from the Niwali company for an auto ship of the product. We contacted them and let them know we didn't order anything, they said since we didn't return the "free gift" in 14 days we were agreeing to auto ship. Some "Gift" they said we needed to return the bottle to get a refund for the new bottle...right! So I contacted the bank and shut off that card so they can't take more money from us, then I contacted the FBI and filed a compliant. If this has happened to you please post to this forum so we can start a class action lawsuit.
