Nutralogy illegal withdrawals from my MasterCard

Signed up for free sample. They took $9 from our Mastercard for shipping. We called to quit, and were told we would get instructions how to drop out. Never got instructions, then they took another $120 claiming we had joined their lifetime shipping program, because we had not dropped out in time.

Absolutely shameful performance. I provided proof of phone calls to them to drop out, and they ignored my letter, and refused to return my money. They are not an honest business. Never, never do business with them.

This company offered a trial of tooth whitening products on the Internet. I paid for these with the proviso that I could cancel any future business within fourteen days of receiving the trial. I did this but now find that my Barclaycard has had almost a hundred pounds taken from it by Nutralogy and something called Beautyclub (I have never heard of these...

Nutralogy Risk free trial

I have had the same problem and have now found out the reason for it. When you sign up for the trial, in the small print you are automatically signed up for a membership 14 days afterwards and unless you call or go to the website (of a company you've never heard of at this point!) you are billed £80. I believe it's unlikely that we'll get our money back. The old adage is true - if it looks to good to be true... it is!

Nutralogy Unauthorised debit transactions

Nutralogy and Varimi, two companies who advertise their teeth whitening products as average when used alone, but unbelievable when used together... They take nominal sums out of your bank account on the pretence that this is to cover the postage of your free trial. However, armed with your bank details they later (14 days in my case) they take far higher sums of money out of your bank account without consent (£80.96 in this case). I have heard of several other stories with similar sums of money being taken well after the authorised transaction and also of other comapanies in an identical, probably related scam, one of which is named DazzleWhite. Beware!

i also have been scamed from this company they took a further £80.71 out of my account without my say so. who are these people they cant be allowed to do this we have to do something about this.

Nutralogy debt transaction

I have just been charged £81.00 from this company I did not authorise this payment nor do i know who the hell the company are, I did apply for the free trial with dazzlesmile but not with anybody else i have contacted my bank and put a claim of fraud they have taken 2 payments from account of under tenner so in total they have under £100 without my consent, its unlikely i will get this money back!

I have had the same problem today. They have a customer service website with standard questions, one of which is "Is this a fraudulant order?". What company has that a one of it's FAQ?!

This is their refund policy which states a 'refund check' will be issued within 30 days. Not helpful in the UK.

7. 90 Day Return Policy:

We take great pride in the superior quality of our products and want you to be pleased with your purchase. We believe in offering the very best value, quality and selection to our customers. You may return any unused and unopened item purchased from us for any reason within Ninety (90) days of your purchase. If you purchased your merchandise through a "Buy Three, Get Three Free" or similar offer, all items must be returned in order to receive a refund. If you return a partial amount of merchandise, you will forfeit the free product and receive a refund on the discount price per item based on the total purchase.

Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. You may return any item shipped by HealthBuy.com or GSCM fulfillment, keeping the following in mind:

You should return the item to us within 90 days of your purchase date.
There is a $10.00 restocking fee for each unopened item ($5 if item was less than $20).

Nutralogy taken money without consent

I ordered a free trial of teeth whiteners, but to my disgust went to use my account last week and was unable to because this company had taken £82.00 from my account without my authorisation and consent, again today the same thing happened and £55.00 has been taken fro my account. This company needs to be tracked down. there are many more single parents like me who are being done over. my money is for my children not the likes of losers.

I too have had the same problem. I have reported fraudulent transactions to my bank and have reported this company to trading standards.
I have tried to call them but all you get is music!

Nutralogy direct debit taken without consent

Card blocked whilst grocery shopping. Telephoned bank. Found out a company called Nutralogy had taken £81 out of account without my knowledge or consent. New card had to be issued to me. A week before I had same problem with a company called Dazzlewhite. I suspect the two maybe connected in some way. Beware of both !

At the begining of October 09 I purchased Teeth Whitening products from an advert that kept popping up on my home page...The advertisment was about a Mum who had used 2 different products...I read on & ordered both products...Dazzle Smile & Alter White as a FREE TRIAL...all i had to pay for was the post & packaging. I received both products.The Dazzle Smile didnt even work. The Alta White is in the cupboard...It was a FREE TRIAL...didnt cost much untill I just checked through my bank statements...6/11/09 Direct debit for £81.49...(NUTRALOGY)...18/11/09...£54.10...(ULTIFRESHWELL). I didnt reccognise these 2 transactions. I imediatley phoned my Bank & was put through to the fraud investigations department...To my astonishment another £90.10 had been taken out today(ULTIFRESHWELL)
That was my Daughter's Christmas Present...
My bank is on the case...Hopefully I will get my hard earned money back soon!

I was charged £66 for the nutralogy trial, as soon as they sent the email saying i would be charged i phoned up my bank who said 'once money is taken out they will do something' next thing i did was email the support for nutralogy telling them it was fraud and what did they do? emailed me saying sorry and they put the money straight back into my account.

I ordered the free trial too but spotted the following* after I paid and cancelled it. I was still sent the product and charged £5.55 but haven't been stung for the rest as I cancelled. US$119.93 would be about £80 so that makes sense. Sorry to say it guys but you HAVE to read things thoroughly when purchasing over the net. They TOLD you it was going to happen, it's not fraud, it comes down to you not reading what you're signing. Tough lesson eh...

yes, yes i agree, this is really crazy. this should not be able to happen, i thought our Visa card/ account was protected but i guess not. Plesae stop taking money from my Visa card for products i did not order or recieved. i do not want your product either. please stop immediately.

Same here, Belgium .. (srr for my bad language)
Risk Free Trial - Alta White = 9.90€
two weeks later they took 80€ from my viza account.
tomorrow i go to my bank in hope to get the money from my visa before it gets to my account..

This is worldwide fraude.
i'm looking the internet now for any support to get this on trial.
I don't now if this is possible, but it is worth trying.

IF ANYBODY KNOWS HOW TO GET THIS STARTED,
OR KNOWS PLEOPLE WHO KNOW ..

Happened to me too... this is crap... im calling my bank in the morning and canceling my card... i hope they will credit this back... i spoke to a lady on the phone days before and told them that i did not want them to debit my bank acct cause i did not have the money in my acct... now i am really pissed cause i am showing a negative balance...

same here £82 debited from my account for a 30 day trail that cost £7.95, my bank told me to chase it up with the retailer but where do i start, there is no contact number for the 2 different u.s.a companies that took my cash without my consent, MY ADVISE, CANCLE YOUR CARD YOU USED ASAP, I AM GUTTED,
