Oxygen banking some unauthorized charges
I had lost my card last month on the 27th I left it in the machine at the convenience store when I was buying some pop The next day I get noticed with some transactions for a gambling website for $287 I filed the disputes did everything I did as a customer and they pawned it off lied to me about the provisional credit put it off 20 days and no area occur in the evidence they came up with was the transactions that occurred went along with my past statements they said look normal that was their evidence that is bologna that $287 is food out of my kid's mouth I'm a service-connected veteran I get my disability going to these people I trust this find us an institution I did and this is how they treat their veterans and their customers And that was their evidence the photo that I that I sent That's how they base their no error occurred decision on

I been filing these disputes on my account since last year September 9th 2022 and all I’m getting is the run around y’all not even giving me a real reason y’all declining my request just keep sending me the transactions that’s not enough for me I want my money I sent in all my Documents and y’all still playing with my money. I’m trying so damn hard not to really spazz out and be ugly but y’all making it hard I’m still waiting on money from September 9 2022 and we in 2023 now and y’all still playing with me y’all owe me to much money
Criminals
September 3 I filed a dispute after noticing during my long hospital stay my card had been compromised and unauthorized transactions have been taking place. I’ve provided police report(s) identity theft affidavits and emails from merchants saying that my account has been compromised to contact my financial institution. It is not only the law but visas policy to return money of victims of unauthorized transactions and oxygen refuses to follow. When I asked what documents they relied on they sent me back a document of themselves repeating the exact conclusion so how do you use a document to come up with a conclusion that already has a conclusion on it? They never investigated my dispute both times because I contacted the merchants and all said oxygen never made contact. I demand my money returned not only because it is mine but it is my right and you’re on the wrong side of the law.

Oxygen bank is terrible, whatever you do, don't bank with them again! Whatever you do, don't freaking bank with theses unprofessional individuals. My card information ended up on Amazon, I filed a dispute right away because that was my rent money. But they said they did an investigation and couldn't find any errors, so I decided to do my own investigation...

On May 1st. 2015 I authorized a (1) one time payment of $60.93 to Apria Healthcare, confirmation #1047977. On May 20th I was notified by my bank that a payment had been made to Apria in the amount of $20.31 against my debit card causing my account to go into the negative and a fee of $40.00 was applied. At no time did I authorize my debit card to be used at will, nor was I notified via phone, text, or email requesting this transaction. I never authorize my debit card to be used more than ("a one time payment") with my authorization at the time the transaction is taking place. The only way you can reach these people is via telephone using their voice mail. I want this amended at once.
Oxygen's service is disgusting
I submitted a claim from my dermatologist for an in hospital procedure for my daughter. This procedure was done in May but I only received the bill from the doc in August. I assumed that te doc was dealing with Oxygen direct so never queried why I had not received one. When I phoned Oxygen to say I had received a bill, the Oxygen consultant told me to still submit even though it was late. The first claim was rejected as the doc had not put the ICD10 codes on the statement. I then got a revised correct statement which I submitted with proof of payment hearing nothing from Oxygen for a couple of weeks, I sent a query email and a couple of days later receive a email that the claim is rejected as it is stale and there are no ICD10 codes on the statement. Considering that this is the 5th or 6th time that I am claiming in as many years I am disgusted with the service. No wonder people are leaving Oxygen in droves.
