Paradise Blue Non Disclosure

We were invited to sit in on a presentation they said would last only a few minutes. They made us leave our cell phones out at the desk. The presentation took 3 hours and they were EXTREMELY high pressure. They got angry if you acted like you wanted to leave. In fact, the lady nearly threw a fit. When we finally decided to try their service, they did not disclose things fully and did not give us an opportunity to read all the MANY pages in their packet. After we dsigned up and paid a large fee, when we did try to use the program, the pricing was a lot highter than they told us it would be. They also expected you to go on short notice if you were to get the price they used to pull us into their scam. And it does feel like a SCAM. On top of it all, it appears that there is no way we can ever get out of this program, and when we die they will go after our family. This is so wrong!

Ditto. While on vacation in Honolulu, the predatory scammers waylaid my husband on the sidewalk outside our hotel. We ended up in their presentation, where they described and displayed details about vacation opportunities at discounted rates, to places all over the world. Later that day when we returned to our hotel, we checked their website for info on travel destinations. We decided to cancel our contract with Just Dreams, but we could not contact them. The locals told us we would have to go to the website. But it had no contact information.

We have not paid our contract, so they have turned it over to Universal Collections out of Florida. We're quite worried that our credit report is being impacted negatively. These people need to be STOPPED!

Hi Raleigh, So sorry this happened to you. We got scammed too - same company, different name - Vacation Breezes. It really puts a damper on what would have otherwise been a great vacation! Fortunately, my week wasn't up when I realized it was a scam and I just couriered my cancellation request to them. I am now waiting to see what happens. I am wondering what the outcome was for you? Were you able to get out of the "contract" and get your money back?

Paradise Blue scam

Paradise Blue is a SCAM! They are nice and friendly at first, but IF you buy and ask for a refund (which you are told there is no problem in getting your money back if you change your mind) they are rude and hateful.
The reason you are not allowed to have your phone or go to the restroom is because they don't want you to check them out on the internet before they get your money...because trying to get your money back is almost impossible. Unless you are willing to be just as rude and hateful and spend part of your vacation fighting with them.
How sad it is that there are people like this out there that prey on others for money!
Good luck to all that gave them their hard earned money...I hope you get it back. Lets hope they get shut down soon. (But I am sure they will change their name again and re-open under a new name?)

PARADISE BLUE IS A COMPLETE SCAM!
NOTHING THEY SAID IN THE PRESENTATION WAS TRUE

A FRIEND AND I WERE ON VACATION IN HAWAII & WE WERE LURED INTO THE PARADISE BLUE PRESENTATION- WE BOUGHT INTO THE PACKAGE THINKING THIS WAS A GREAT OFFER AND THAT ALL MENTIONED IN PRESENTATION WERE TRUE.WE WERE EVEN OFFERED ADDTL 500.00 FOR OUR FIRST VACATION FOR BEING ONE OF THE 1st ONES FOR SIGNING UP. THEY DID NOT GIVE US LOG IN & PASSWORD UNTIL AFTER THE 2 day CANCELLATION PERIOD WAS OVER...WE WERE UNABLE TO VERIFY ANY SERVICES OFFERED AND ONCE WE WERE ABLE TO THE RESORTS AND HOTELS WERE NOT OF 4.5 RATING AS THEY SAID-HOTELS OFFERED WERE BEST WESTEN & MOTEL 6, PLACES WE WOULDNT STAY. WE HAVE BEEN ON 3 VACATIONS SINCE WE PURCHASED AND HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO USE PARADISE BLUE BECAUSE IT IS A COMPLETE LIE & SCAM!

So you bought a product, never used it, want your money back and when it takes some effort you say that the company is a scam. Sounds like your the type of person that just likes to hear yourself talk. Obviously you liked the product in the beginning. You bought it. What caused you to change your mind?

Paradise Blue No Service Provided

We got taken in Oahu also. No one ever returns calls the machine says press 1 for this 2 for that etc then disconnects you so in reallity they can't return a call they never received! They are so full of BS! I cancelled my debit card so they can't take any more money but have you figured out a way to take it off of your credit report. Why can't a group of us do a legal proccess like a class action lawsuit? Certainly with all the complaints and name changing they do the people would win. Don't you think?
Please let me know if you have found out anything.

i have been an owner of Paradise Blue's program for 3 months and i just used it for the first time last month. My family and i had a great time! I work alot so I called the number on the website and they set everything up. it was reallyeasy and we saved a bunch of money. We went to my mothers home country, Spain. We had family there but stayed in a condo resort for $349. I have been a timeshare owner in the past and i think this works much better for me. Of course someone is going to give you a hard time if you try to cancel after going through all the paper work. Any one in any business would. So if your reading this to see what kind of company they are then just remember to take it all with a grain of salt.

i got taken in oahu, but after i got back to my hotel and looked up the company i called right away and canceled! they sent my 250 a week later.

I keep call Mike Balacki and have sent a letter which he responded to saying I can't cancel. I also leave messages on the owners' phone but he never calls back Here are their numbers
