Pine Tree Consultants, LLC Timeshare

I continue to receive calls from Emiky Hinkley from Pinetree Consulting at all hours of the day and night. When I answer they either hang up or begin to speak with me, and then hang up as soon as I ask a question. When I call back the number, they answer and stay silent on the phone and then hang up, or it goes directly to their voicemail. I have left several messages on the voicemail to either talk with me or discontinue calling to no avail. This has occurred over a three month period. This does not conform with the business practices of a legitimate company. Beware.

Pine Tree Consultants, LLC beware scam alert timeshares

They charged me $2, 550 for a cancellation of our wyndham timeshare, and they never called us back after they charged us. They are actually operating under a whole different name now, I wonder why! I signed up with helping for timeshare owners now when I call they say pine tree consulting. I went to the website and called several of there listed testimonials/reviews and non of them were helped either. Dont send them a penny if you're smart!
P. S. I did some research on the owner dennis laing and he owned a timeshare resale company last year www.EasyTimeshareResales.com

Mr. Charles

The owners use to work for www.TIMESHARERELEASENOW.com and stuffed bags full of contracts, leads etc to open up shop down the street. If you've been contacted by these fools, give us a call to file a complaint. Pine tree has been exposed!

Mike Golds of Evansville, IN I signed up with these fools back in June/July of this year and was taken for a ride once again. After reading the reviews from some of these people they have taken advantage of and the things they have said to these people is appalling to say the least. I am contacting my attorney now, this company needs to be obliterated and I know just who to call. I am reporting them to every Timeshare Resort developer legal counsels and see what they have to say with their operations. Don't worry they will be out of business in no time conducting business in that manner. Good Luck!

My wife found a client they worked with who shared this piece of information to validate my claims. These guys are serious crooks, using an attorney's letterhead without his authorization. Jesus Christ! What's wrong with these people, they deserve everything coming to them

Fraud! scam company! pine tree consultants are scam artists, after doing research with an attorney about this group we found nothing positive! they are illegally using an attorney's name in bedford, texas "mr. hunter magee, esq" his website http://huntermageelaw.com/ and phone number [protected].

Mr. magee has been contacted and he had no idea who this company was nor does he do business with them. so the employees at pine tree consulting are putting themselves wide open for a lawsuit, which I will be surprised if somebody has not already done that. I do know that diamond resorts was also contacted by mr. hunter magee who told them all about this fraudulent group. diamond resorts legal counsel mentioned to mr. magee they are already aware of this company and they are taking care of it. the attorney general of maine will take care of them also. I still can't believe there are people in this world like these guys. crooks!

We were just contacted by this Pinetree Consulting company. Someone who called herself an "intern", very knowledgeable about the timeshare pitch process, etc., lots of innuendo about what sounded like a class action suit but when asked point blank, it was not. They deal only with individuals like us who have been "taken advantage of and defrauded by these time share companies." I don't doubt that our timeshare company committed consumer fraud. The offering of the best seats in the baseball stadium anytime we were in town was definitely a no-no. But Pinetree is not much better and as the slime oozed through the phone from the Pinetree consultant I decided there is no bottom to this can of timeshare worms! If the timeshare companies hire only the best con artists according to our Pinetree consultant, then I say so does Pinetree consulting!
